I LOVE these mats

I LOVE these mats! After checking the reviews on a number of different mat sets, I was impressed by the overall agreement over the lack of chemical smell, which was the deciding factor in purchasing them. I was willing to spend more for something that wouldn't make my projects stink. And the reviews were right! No smell. I may end up buying a second set for blocking larger projects.

These mats are fantastic! They arrived much quicker than I expected. They are fun and easy to use. You can put the mats together in different shapes to accommodate the shape of your project. The mats are thick so pins don't poke out the bottom. Oh, and plenty of t pins come with the mats. I think that is great! The grid lines are wonderful to have on the mats. I sometimes work with acrylic yarns that need steam blocking, and the mats don't warp from the moist heat. I love, love, love these blocking mats!

Great investment in a quality product

I have been knitting more shawls lately and decided to invest in some blocking materials. I looked at blocking mats from various sellers, read reviews and decided to go with these extra thick mats from Wool Love. They are sturdy, assemble easy and come with a case for storage. Shortly after receiving them I blocked 2 shawls. Each shawl was very different in shape but I was able to easily reconfigure my new mats to accommodate the shape of each. I did have a question about the mats. Wool Love quickly responded to an email and my questions were answered. I am pleased with my purchase and investment in this product. Definitely would recommend these mats

Case is missing handle—updated

Just received these and... there is a hole (see photo) in the case where the handle should be. No doubt the mats themselves will be durable and easy to assemble but more difficult to move them from storage to use without the handle. Update: the seller sent me an email saying they would send me a new case. They did...and it included the mats!

Just what was needed

I love using these mats! The circular markings make it so easy to properly block my doilies. The accompanying t-pins are very nice and sturdy... possibly the best I've had. I'm looking forward to placing another order soon to block projects that are bigger than the 9 combined mats. Worth every penny.

Blocking Mats

Mats are very thick and the grid lines are thick enough to see without reading glasses. Product comes in a very nice see through storage bag which stores very nicely and keeps the mats clean.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my blocking mats. I don't know how I have gone my entire long knitting/crochet life without these! The mats and included pins will certainly take my project to the next level looking more finished and professional. And icing on the cake is the company's customer service. My storage bag zipper was defective and when I contacted WOOLOVE they replied next day saying they would send me a replacement. Thanks so much WOOLOVE!

No stinky chemical smells, can be arranged in a variety of shapes

These blocking mats are EXACTLY what my blocking needed! The mats do not stink, and have imparted no icky chemical smell to any of my knits as other products seem to have done (based on other peoples poor reviews of other mats). The lines on the mats all match up well and make my blocking so much easier. They store nicely in their little clear zip case too. All in all a great value for a product that has worked very well for me

Very good mats

I purchased the mats since I did not have any and I was about to block a large poncho. I knew I had to have something of good quality and I needed pins. I recommend these as being very good quality and the pins and wire than comes with it are a bonus that saves me extra money. The only thing I don't understand is why are there only 9 mats? I would think 10 would be the better amount. It does leave one end without a block when put together. Something for the seller to consider.

Nice Mats

These are very nice mats, thick and easy to adjust the shape for different projects. The lines also help with lining up edges. My only issue is that I probably need to get a second set for larger projects.
