Based on the error code for the intake, I ordered these. Over double the price for one of them at Auto Zone. I went ahead and replaced both, a total novice can do this in 20 minutes. Codes cleared right away and everything ran as expected afterwards. Vehicle was a base model 2014 Buick Verano.

Transmission fix?

My transmission on my 07 HHR (2.4l) was shifting HARD and the service traction control warning message kept coming up so I thought the worst, the transmission was going out. But I looked at some forums and they said that these parts could be the problem. And they were right. Haven't had a hard shift or a check engine light since. Whew! And super easy to install, 20 minutes tops.
