Makes cutting easy

I previously had kitchen scissors, but they were not sharp and were hard to manipulate. These scissors are very sharp and are easy to use on different items. I have cut meat, chicken, vegetables and herbs (cleaning between, of course!). Highly recommended.

Nice in Kitchen

Spouse asked me to find a pair of kitchen scissors, for him that would be good. We found nothing that worked well, he didn't want me to try these porcelain scissors, but he is so pleased that I bought them, they work much better than he thought they would. But we don't cut through bones with them they are to nice.

I can’t wait to use these scissors again.

My first use was to spatchcock a chicken. These scissors made the job so easy. When I was done I just separated the two blades of the knife and thoroughly washed them. I feel confident that no bacteria was left behind.

Best kitchen shears I’ve ever owned.

EXCELLENT

I've gone through a dozen kitchen shears in my 70 years, and they all had some annoying aspect that bugged me...too large, too small, flimsy pivots, or just got dull too easily. So, I just got these Gerior shears, and wow! They feel great, cut with ease and I can take apart to clean. And that's even counting all the little jobs it does as a multitool. First impression is: fantastic pair of kitchen shears.

Great pair of multitasking kitchen shears!

These kitchen shears exceeded my expectations. They are very sturdy and feel substantial yet comfortable in the hand. I love the extra thought that went into the design such as the adjustable pivot and the quick take apart mechanism for easy cleaning. They look really nice too.

FANTASTIC!

Ordered these back in February. I have waited to do my review. I will tell you that these are FABULOUS! Spathcocking chicken, cutting up flank steak, nipping green onions, cilantro or even opening those pesky food packages. These are GREAT. I would recommend them to everyone. I even got an email when I ordered then saying that there could have been a mix up at the fulfillment center and to email them if I recieved the wrong pair. Great customer service. Love em!

Good scissors, good buy

I didn’t know when I bought these scissors that they could be used to pry a lid open or anything I guess. They are a good weight and really sharp. I am pleased with them
