Works Great

I have used this shears to cut up two chickens (on different occasions). It took me a little while to get used to it (1/2 a chicken or so). This was because my former shears had slightly longer blades, unfortunately, it also had an external spring that kept falling off and eventually got lost. I am completely happy with this product and happy to recommend it

Come-apart for easy cleaning

These are really great shears. I love that they come apart for easy cleaning. I haven't run into much that they rust so far because I dry them after hand cleaning and store them in a cool and dry area.

Works Great

These scissors work great. I use them for everything from cutting paper to cutting the backs out of chickens for spatchcock roasting. They also take and hold a very sharp edge very well. I like them very much!

Best Kitchen Poultry Shears!

For the price, these are the best kitchen sheers I have had. They cut through anything, have a sturdy construction, and have a great price! I have had a few more expensive kitchen sheers and they are not as sharp and have even rusted within a few weeks of use and washing. These still look like new!

Cuts through chicken easily

My husband makes spatchcock chicken where you have to cut through the back of the chicken and this works beautifully.

Fantastic scissors

The shears are fantastic. They are heavy and solid. Very well made, and very sharp. The lock is great for keeping them shut/safe and they are great for anything in the kitchen! And they are dishwasher safe so thats fantastic. I wash them by hand most of the time, but its great to have that option.

Very useful - all in one - heavy duty shears
