I am a Speech Language Pathologist and I purchased the Portable Voice Amplifier zoweetek to use with people who have decreased vocal loudness secondary to Parkinson's Disease. This unit worked well. The sound was crisp and the speaker was easy to position. I would appreciate the option of a lapel mic clip. Overall, the price was affordable and I feel I got a quality product for a good value.

I teach water aerobics and this amplifier has been working really we. I was a little nervous based on some reviews that indicated "you have to practically eat the mic for it to pick up your voice". I tried that during the 1st class and the sound was muddy/ muffled. So, the next day I put the mic 2 - 3 inches away from my mouth and VOILA! Excellent sound. Class members are happy... and my vocal cords are delightfully free of strain. Good product.

Bought this as my teacher husband had laryngitis and couldn't take time off work. Easy to use: turn headset on, with the little switch on the side, Switch speaker unit on, and speak. There's a volume control on headset and on speaker. Just do not use them close together, and you obviously will get a horrible noise. DO NOT forget to take it off when you go to the bathroom. Not that this happened to my husband, but is advice I used to give everyone I fitted with a wireless microphone .

Great little unit! Used it during holidays as a strolling guitarist. The wireless headset worked great and I used the mic input to plug the guitar into. Although no separate volume control you just use the volume control on the guitar to balance the sound. Don’t get me wrong this is not a full fidelity system but it’s sound range gets the sound out there and provides an extra umph for your voice. I have used bigger bulkier systems costing hundreds of dollars but for the price and small size this is a hands down winner! Also I love the analog volume control so I can easily adjust the volume for the situation. (I have another compact unit that has digital volume and it’s extremely difficult to adjust volume on the fly.) Just purchase a 1/8 to 1/4 cable for the guitar. YOU CANNOT BEAT IT FOR THE PRICE!

Use to speak to large group in a fairly large room. My wife recommended finding something like this after sending it in action at painting classes she attends. You can use it in either a corded mode (i.e., mic attaches to speaker by a cord) or with the included wireless mic (just be sure they (wireless mic and speaker) are paired before you begin. Speaker has a clip to carry it on your belt or maybe tucked into your waistband. I prefer to use the corded mic as it is not really a bother, and then I only have to be sure one item is recharged instead of two. I typically use it at max volume, and that works for my needs. For me, the headset is a little awkward to put on properly (maybe my glasses are in the way?), but that is not a major problem. I am satisfied with the quality and performance at a reasonable cost.

So I teach first grade and came down with the flu which lead to me losing my voice. My kiddos sure took advantage of me not being able to talk very loud. I ended up buying this voice amplifier and LOVE it! It works so well and the kids can really hear me. Now that I am feeling better, I plan on using it all the time! Great product! AND it's rechargeable and the batteries last all day!

Very easy to use. Works well in large classroom and giving presentations. Comes with both plug into speaker mic-( wear speaker) and blue tooth mic where you can place speaker away from yourself. Clear speaker and no feedback. Excellent buy.

I ordered this for my mom, because she does a lot of puppet shows at local kids events and needed something to amplify her voice. I received this yesterday, helped her practice with it, and today she used it at an event and it was perfect! We attached the speaker to the outside of the wooden puppet booth and turned the volume all the way up, and it could be heard at the back of a large room full of about 50 people.

I have had some damage to my vocal cords so I cannot speak loudly. This is just loud enough that I can talk to all the people in a room of, say 15-20 people and be heard. It is not as strong as a PA system, but is it as loud as someone with a strong speaking voice. In addition, I find this amplifier easy to use. For my purposed it deserves 5 stars.

I use this only once a week, outdoors in a group. It has stayed charged for over a month, although I check it each time to make sure. The volume adjusts well to whatever sound level you want. I use it at a ukulele jam and the sound carries fine to the whole group. The controls are easy to use on the speaker - I can raise and lower the volume easily, turning it down quickly after the introduction is given and before the person starts singing. (If I left the volume up the whole time, other members would not hear themselves playing or singing - learned that quickly.)
