Great product, tests all the batteries as advertised.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do!

This is a very simple device and works exactly as it should. It doesn't require any batteries to operate. It uses power, if any left, from the battery your testing. It tests a variety of batteries and is very accurate. Simple to use and inexpensive. What more can you ask for?

Works well, perhaps a bit picky on battery placement.

It doesn't take batteries, which surprised me. You have to position the battery "just so" or it won't read it properly. But it does work and it does the job with little fuss. I had two rechargeable batteries that kept giving me what looked like an error when I charged them, so bought this to test those batteries. It told me quickly they were fine.

Must have..

Buy your batteries in bulk and you may expect to see a few failures. Don't wait to install to see failures, test before hand. Quick, easy, and accurate. I only buy in bulk these days and use the tester to make sure I only install good batteries.

Light weight, multi purpose, easy to use battery tester

This a very light weight battery tester. However, it can test various types of the battery accurately. A battery can be AA, AAA, C, D, 1.5V or 9V. It is very self explanatory using the battery tester I like the simplicity of the battery tester design and yet able to deliver the purpose of a battery tester successfully. This product is a must, an excellent buy.

Why didn't I buy this sooner?

So this little battery tester is very handy to have around in my house because with two kids, there are tons of toys and things in my house that run on batteries! up until now, I have probably been wasting batteries if one bad one got installed with two good batteries, for example. Now, I can actually check each battery to find the culprit for why a toy or flashlight or clock, etc. stopped working. So easy to use, my eight year old can do it now. I don't know why I didn't buy one of these things years ago!
