- ✸MUST-HAVE SOAP MAKING ACCESSORY: A great tool for beginners and Works well for both CP and MP soaps. This is an absolutely fantastic soap mold . The silicone is extremely flexible making it easy to take out the soap without it being 100% hardened (that way it's easy to cut). It can be used on Hot Process, Cold Process and melt and pour batches.Great for small-batch soaps.
- ✸SAFTY : Made of FDA approved Silicone. NO harmful chemicals. They are safe to use and built to last. Silicone soap molds temperature safe from -40℉ to +446℉ (-40℃ to +230℃);The silicone insert is robust and thick which fits perfectly into the wooden frame. Soap can be removed from the mold very easily.. Much better than fooling around lining a mold with freezer paper
- ✸PERFECT SIZE and LARGE CAPACITY :The box is a large capacity and very deep. It is a great mold. 42 ounces and makes about eight 2 1/4 cut bars. You only really need to fill half-way to get larger bars for slicing. Clean up is a breeze and the wood box allows the bar to keep its shape and cool down slower for a smoother appearance.

Great product
Works great! The silicone works lovely in the freezer and for unmolding purposes. It gave my soap a great clean cut shape. Would buy again.

Nice soap starter set
This is a great set for someone getting into soap making. Sturdy wooden box with removable silicon liner. Cutters are useable. Just be gentle. Remove soap from liner before attempting to cut soap. Thought the 42oz was going to be longer than it was but it will make some nice size bars if you cut them a bit thicker.

Fun and Easy to Use
I am new (very new) to soap making, so I don't have anything to compare this to, but this mold worked very well for my first-ever soap-making experiment. The wood box keeps the mold in shape, while the silicone mold allows the soap to be easily released. I had to turn the silicone mold inside out to release the soap, but the mold was flexible enough to accommodate this gyration. I used the ruffled slicer to cut the soap into 9 pretty bars. The mold is virtually square, so the cut bars are 2-3/4" x 3" (I had expected the mold to be more rectangular, but that was my fault for not investigating further.) The inside length of the mold is just over 10 inches long. The recipe I followed (using 56 oz coconut oil) completely filled this loaf pan along with 12 small rose-shaped bars (also a silicone mold that worked beautifully). I am very pleased with this first attempt and plan to make more, using this same equipment.

Excellent
Excellent product. My soap recipe riced a bit but that was from working outside. Lol. Survived the cold outdoor workshop and soap was very easy to remove. Will buy another one.

Would buy again...
Oh, but, wait -- I *did* buy again! I was drawn to the price, but a little worried the thin wood wouldn't last. When it became my favorite mold over a year's time, and was still holding up great, I bought a second. I love that it's not thick and clunky. The size accommodates SQ's recipes for BB's 10-inch silicone mold. ;) I usually oven process my CP soap, so I don't use the silicone insert for molding often -- OP is also the reason I don't often use my expensive BB 10-inch silicone mold. When I do, this silicone-and-wood mold works perfectly. Also, the silicone insert is PERFECT for using as a template for cutting freezer paper as a liner for the wood. I use the Baker's technique for lining the sides and the insert for cutting the bottom piece of freezer paper. Perfect, every time.
