Great for chocolate tempering

Got it because I wanted to try my hand at truffles. It cut down the initial cooling time by about 67% vs my normal sauce pan (10min vs 30min) so I could mold the chocolate more quickly.

Awesome replacement pot, very reasonable price.

My old Teflon coated 3 qt. pot was just too scratched and pitted from people putting metal flatware in it in the sink, and was not cutting it anymore. This one sounded pretty great, and I've been wanting to try one of these red copper pans for a while now. This pot is perfect, and very non-stick so far. I've cooked grits, oatmeal, and poached eggs in it, and they all came out great with not sticking. Clean up is always easy, great product.
