Wonderful Dutch Oven

This is a great. cast-iron dutch oven. It can go right into a fire to heat your food. The lid can be flipped over and used as a fry pan. It has sturdy legs so it can sit on top of a wood burning stove to cook food. I am very happy with this item.

Also works on Kitchen Stove

I first read about Dutch Ovens when I came across a no-knead bread recipe that will only work on Dutch Ovens. On to this Dutch Oven, I decided to get this because it has the extra 3 legs for outdoor use. The 3 legs will help the oven stand over a campfire in outdoor use. But the legs are short enough such that I can also put it over my kitchen stove without the legs resting on the base of the stove. Instead, the Dutch oven rest on the grills on the kitchen stove. See photos attached. The surface of this Dutch Oven is not very smooth because it is cast iron instead of ceramic. If you want a smooth surface Dutch oven, do not get this! It also includes an extra tool to lift the cover when it is hot.

High quality and Thoughtful design!

It’s a really good quality cast!! Works perfect. Pretty thoughtful design for camping. But do except it is a little bit heavy.

perfect for both home cooking and camping cooking

I want to buy one pot that both worked at home and camping with the stone pot. Because I like Bibimbap very much and want to have some special cuisine both at home and during camping. I tried this one immediately after I received yesterday. So far it works perfectly for the home cooking (with gas stove, not the electrical stove). The only thing I need to mention is it requires the largest fire when you use at gas stove otherwise, your vegetable will not that easily be heated.

The pot is very strong, it does exactly what it needs to do and it fits the size and description very well. Overall, a very great pot for cooking.

good quality and nice design

Great product and manufacture quality. I bought the 6 quart size and it is bigger and heavier than my expected. Liked its thoughtful design as well. Its lid can be used as a fry pan, and it has 3 legs for outdoor use, but the legs are not too long so you can still use it over the gas stove, and the lid lifter works well. Used it cooked outside in the backyard once and several usages in the kitchen, and it worked very well. This cast Iron Dutch Oven is a nice choice for both cooking at home and camping.

Great for gas fire stovetop and oven

I wanted a large pot that works in the oven for roasting without splashing all over the oven walls. This one works great. There are no plastic handles or parts that would melt and deform or screws and rivets that pop out. The quality of the iron-cast is high and feels solid and heavy. I have also tried putting it over a gas stovetop with feet dangling beside the frame of the grate. This also works well. This dutch over will last for a lifetime and services us for years to come.

Nice product I primarily bought this because of the dual function lid. We all know these things are not light to carry. This eliminates a pan. dutch oven worked goodused it camping in mountains cooked many meals worked
