As someone who has been doing Keto for 9 months now, searching for a crispy crunchy snack that isn't pork rinds can be a chore. I am happy to report that these bars are AWESOME! They are always tasty, always crunchy, and a Keto friendly snack!

Love the Grilled Cheese flavor

Love the Grilled Cheese flavor. Good keto snack on the go. I also break them up and use as an alternative to croutons on salad - they give a good, savory crunch. I really like jalapeno things generally, but I did not like the jalapeno flavor as well.

Really Good!!!

I have been on a low carb diet since February '18 and am down 34 pounds! I am not into cooking, so I've been eating a lot of turkey, chicken and roast beef, none of which has the crunch that I've been craving. I ordered the grilled cheese and absolutely love them. Tonight I had them with guacamole and the combination was so satisfying. I will be ordering more flavors and keep them around for that crunchie craving. I've also purchased the pizzas through a local grocery store and that are also full of flavor and can't wait to try everything else from this brand. So happy someone finally came up with a GOOD low carb easy meal and snack for those of us that don't enjoy cooking.

Delicious, satisfying snack.

First time I purchased these. They are rather expensive, as others have said, but very delicious. They are very satisfying as a snack and I'm going to try them crumbled up like croutons on a salad.

Cheesy Goodness

These are very rich but a fantastic low carb snack. They are crunchy, salty and cheesy. One package has 2 bars that are >1 carb total. I found that i cannot eat them both in one sitting and make them 2 snacks. I will definitely reorder. By the way, there are 12 packages per box.

I was hesitant to post a review because I wanted to keep these my little secret to ensure they would always be in stock when I want to order.
