So, I replaced my iCoffee machine with a Nespresso Virtuoline w/frother. I was so excited as I love frothy coffees. However, I'm really disappointed as the coffee is never hot enough. For my "regular" morning coffee I resorted to putting it in the microwave and heating it up before putting it in my travel mug for work. HENCE - my search for a different single cup coffee maker. I was all set to purchase the Keurig mini, but at $99 (ok $79 if you use your Bed Bath & Beyond 20% off), but decided to do some research. I came across this Single Serve by Sboly. Price was right and there was a "discount coupon" added to my cart! I received it, took it out of the box and scratched my head. How the heck do you use a K-Cup? It had the brew basket, but the K-Cup wobbled and the needle wouldn't puncture it.... finally realized (duh) it didn't have the K-Cup holder in the box. I immediately emailed Sboly and they responded in a day. They apologized and sent me a new coffee maker. Just like that! Now, this little coffee maker is the bomb! It's got a small footprint, which I love. I posted a picture next to the Nespresso (yes, I'm going to keep that for my lattes lol!). One thing I like about this little guy is that it's single serve - meaning you have to put water in it each time. Now I don't mind that at all. Not a fan of water sitting in the reservoir... That being said it does take a good 3-4 minutes to heat the water and make coffee. Ok by me as I continue doing things while it's brewing. Coffee - comes out hot! Tastes delicious. It's awesome! You can also use grounds in this machine! It comes with a separate grounds basket. I go back and forth between grounds and k-cups (for convenience). I'd definitely recommend this coffee maker for size, convenience, and if you happen to have a problem their Customer Service is great!

This coffee maker converges both K cups and ground coffee use. It is only single serve that you cannot fill the water tank and brew coffee for more than one cup. But this is okay. It fits all k cups coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. You can fill water tank from 6oz to 14 oz. for 6oz mug, the machine takes 3 minutes to have the coffee in the mug. For me it seems long duration compared to others, however, it does not cause inconvenience. To make the coffee it is so easy, pour filtered water to the tank, put either K cup or ground coffee, hit one of the two buttons (one for cup and one for ground). That’s it! After 3 min, the mug is full with the coffee. Another goid thing, it is small and does not take much space over the counter. To clean it, you can easily run water cycle through it with out coffee. I believe it is not overpriced.

This coffee maker is so awesome/different/convenient because it can not only use k cups for a quick cup of coffee, but it can also brew coffee the traditional way, with coffee grounds. Also i love how you can remove the coffee ground basket to wash it. This is really great because I don't always have k cups so obviously this is convenient, but i love it even more because I can brew a stronger cup of coffee on the days when I really need a pick me up. This is very user friendly and easy to clean. I highly recommend this coffee maker for yourself or as a gift for your loved ones :)

I bought this to use while my wife is asleep and I just want a single cup of coffee. It is small and doesn't take up much counter space, so we can keep it right next to our main coffee maker. Very easy to use. Doesn't require coffee filters. Simply add water, coffee grinds, close the lid and push the button. About a minute later you have a hot cup of coffee. Light weight so we will be using this one as our camping coffee maker from now on too!

I have only used this once so I don't know about how long it will last. Outside is plastic and light, average for products of this price range. But inside is what counts. I used a K Cup, 9 ounces of water. I figured the grounds would absorb an ounce and I was right as it produced about eight ounces of coffee. The time from when I pushed the start button was a little less than three minutes. All excellent so far. The downside is that the coffee was not hot enough after adding a modest amont of milk. It was fine for the first 30 seconds or so but the temp fell pretty quickly. Had it been hotter initially it would have lasted through the time to drink the coffee. I magaged to "kill" it while it was at least warm since I don't like cold coffee and I did not want to start over. And it was too much trouble to use three brewings and drank just a third of each while it was hot. So I opted for speed drinking. I did use a standard glass cup , not insullated. I would call the temperature borderline if with an insulated cup. This would be a five star product if the temp was just a little hotter. I am no coffee nut but the taste was fine for me, one who thinks coffee is coffee as long as it is hot. Too bad that this lacks a little more heat in order to be a five star. But I will keep it and just use the microwave for a few seconds to heat it up. Edit: I received an email from the company offering a partial refund, along with some suggestions which I was already aware off so of no use to me. But the email was nice as was the offer but I do not need the refund as the problem is not that bad. I had already solved my problem by just using an insullated cup. Now the coffee remains sufficiently hot. So, even though some may not want to use an insullated cup, I am changing my rating to a five star since at least MY problem is solved and it seems they have good customer service. Now the machine is excellent, at least for my use.

This coffee maker will work on "k-cups" as well as coffee grounds. It is fast, provides a hotter cup than many others and offers a small "footprint" on your counter taking up very minimal counter space. Perfect flexibility for anyone on the go and wanting flexibility in their coffee needs.

This coffee maker is super light weight, compact, and great for travel. This coffee maker is a life saver when traveling to like the cabins for the weekend or even in an RV. It can also be used as an every day coffee maker both at home and the office. I personal got it for traveling because who seriously wants to bring a big Keurig with them on a trip. I only use kcups so I don’t use the little pod for regular ground coffee. It is super easy to clean and even shuts itself off when done.

This is a great coffee maker that does both Kcups and grounds. The back has stepped water levels that you fill up with your cup so you can get the perfect amount for your mug. There is a button on the side so that you can select if you want to use a Kcup or grounds. Both settings make a nice cup of coffee, the strength just depends on how much water you put through the machine. It has a very small footprint, and would be perfect for a small kitchen, desk in an office, or dorm room. Definitely recommend.

I'm in love with my new coffee maker! First, I used to have to brew coffee in a mug with my Keurig, then transfer it to my insulated coffee cup because it would not fit in the Keurig. Second, sometimes I used pods but ground coffee is so much cheaper, so I was using reusable K-cups for ground coffee, but water would leak out of the sides, and the Keurig just wouldn't function properly. This machine is designed for both! It knows you're using ground coffee, (because of your selection) and it adjusts! Water heats up in about 70 seconds and comes out very hot! Great machine!
