Update (Company made it right)/False advertisement

My original review (feb 15th), is down below. I changed to a 5 star because, the company that sells the camera. Saw my review (below) and made it right. Company sent me an email apologizing for letting my son down and they are sending him a new one(with 16gb SD card). Email was sent on Monday Feb 18th and we received the new camera on Tuesday Feb 19th. No problems with the new camera. Working great! My son is now enjoying his camera. He’s already taking loads of pictures and is enjoying taking selfies with his friends at school this morning (I brought camera home LOL). Thank You so much OMZER, for making this right and making a little 5yr old happy. This was a great example to show and explain to our son, that there are great, honest people out there. Just gave my son this camera for Valentine’s Day. The SD Card never came with it. Once we turned it on, it was stuck on a certain screen and would not allow to go back or anything. Amazon, you need to take this product and company off your market. I found the descriptions for this kids camera to be false advertisement. My husband read the customers questions and most of the questions were the exact same problems that we had. My son was very sad that he couldn’t use his camera. Also, heart breaking that we told him that we need to return it. He understood but, still, that look on his face was heartbreaking.

Just as described

Got the camera for my wife's grandsons. They loved it as did their parents. Works just way it says it does. It's actually an awesome gift because if you save the pictures, years from now you and they will see how they viewed the world at that age and as they grew up.

Great Camera for a budding photographer

The camera came fully charged making it ready to go right out of the box. The recipient was a 4 year old girl and pink is her favorite color. She loved the accompanying stickers to make it her own. The Micro SD card and USB 2.0 adapter was supplied along with a charging cord that can be plugged directly into the computer to download pictures. The rubber cover to protect the SD card and USB port is easily removed and put back into place. Within 5 minutes the year old had all the buttons memorized. It did take reading the manual to learn how to change modes, switch be normal camera operation and selfie. The camera has modes for single shot and video in either direction. The pictures can be seen on the camera. The parents were overjoyed now that she has her own camera and doesn't need to borrow their phones. The shooting modes are wonderful. There is a mode that can have a heart around the subject, dolphins, a monkey, a smiley face, lips and more. The lanyard is very useful and was easy for her to attach and remove. The camera was dropped a couple of times when not on the lanyard but it was not fazed. The camera appears to be very durable. She will need a little practice holding the camera properly. She was shown how to take pictures in portrait and landscape mode very quickly. Overall this camera is perfect for a 4-8 year old to learn the joy of taking pictures. She was taking pictures of her mom, dad,, me, selfies and her 6 month old sister. Overall the Omzer camera is a 9 out of 10. She absolutely loved it and thanked me several times. She'll be out tomorrow taking pictures of the rabbit, chickens and more. It will keep her entertained for hours.

Just what our kids needed

This is perfect for kids, I've been looking for a small and durable camera that they could enjoy. The picture quality is about what you'd expect for a kids camera, especially in low light. Once you figure out the buttons, it's relatively easy to use and actually has a lot of neat features. Our 4-year-old loves it and 2-year-old that destroys everything still hasn't had any success breaking it. The animal filters and selfie feature are really cool and it even takes video. Great little camera for kids and we might have to buy another so that our kids stop fighting over it.

Cute and functional

Got this as a Christmas gift and it came early. My son took it out and played for a while. The function is great, the picture quality is ok for a kids’ toy. Requires another purchase for the memory card, TF card, to save the picture. It also has a recording function and photo booth stickers for kids to snap a photo with, which is fun and cute. I like the design that this is not made out of cheap plastic, but shock proof silicone gel. The main thing I like about it is the camera has a two way shooting mode. Kids can take selfie with the back camera. Overall, it’s simple and works well for the kids. The picture quality may not be in 1080 high resolution, but it’s fairly enough for kids to play around with it. It kept him busy for a while.
