Handle with care!

Very very sharp knives. Great quality, and style. My only hang up is the handle. Seams a little cheep, but I would admit it is probably the best choice for the kitchen because of sanitary reasons.

These are very sharp!

We are very happy with the knives we purchased. They are very sharp, hold an edge and feel good in your hand. The handles are the proper weight . For the price, you'd be silly not to get them. The hammered texture of the blades also adds to the look and feel.

Quality, Utility and very useable.

I really like this knife set. I've used them for several days and prepared about a dozen meals with them. They are high quality cutlery. They slice and dice beautifully. The fit and finish are superb. Like most cutlery, they did need to be sharpened and honed. The steel is hard and seems to hold an edge. I prefer my knives to be sharpened enough to cut a cloud in half after processing a side of beef. I was not disappointed. The grip contours are fine for my large hands but might take getting used to for those who regularly use knives with smaller grips. The large knife is relatively heavy which is what I was looking for. The weight and stiffness of the blade makes cutting hard foods pleasant and controlled. I love them.

I purchased these knives in January and I just can't say enough about them. They are sharp and wash beautifully in the dishwasher. They are a lovely quality and have a nice sturdy feel when holding it. I am very happy with them

Very nice

I thought my knives were sharp until I got these. Nice weight and now I can slice things do thin. I only wish it came with a larger guard at the end.

Excellent Knives

These knives are exactly what they say they are, well made and very sharp. My only dislike with this large knife has nothing to do with it's quality. It's just that I have developed arthritis in my hands to the point that trying to push this large thick blade thru something real dense is a problem for me, but I have an old super thin knife that I keep just for that, so no problem. Like I said these knives are what they say they are.

These knives are sharp and easy to use. Care is easy and minimal. Just wash them off with soap and warm water and dry with a soft towel. They are ready to go. I have also given them as a gift to my daughter. She also loves them.
