I lift weights in the comfort of my home every other day if not daily and have been using these for a few days. My biceps feel tighter in such a short oversold of time and I’m actually amazed by that! This definitely boosts my self esteem and I feel excited to work out now! This is a great product! After reading up on the uses for Arginine I found it was used to relieve and shorten cold symptoms and it really did, within minutes I could feel the difference!

Exactly what it claims...Pump, Pump & Pump

I'm a fairly serious bodybuilder and usually wouldn't take an Arginine or NO supplement in a non-powder form-quite simply less than 3 grams just isn't enough for a legitimate pump so I was curious to try this product since it claims to have 3000mg (3 grams) of Arginine per serving. I could tell during the first usage that it did indeed have 3 grams as my pump and energy levels were comparable to that of some of the high dosage pre-workout powders I've taken. Fantastic supplement if, like me, you're tired of mixing multiple powder shakes all day. Still wish someone would make a protein supplement with 30 grams in a pill form (lol) but that isn't gonna happen. Great product if your serious about working out but don't want a powder.

Great pump, energy and stronger lifts..

I was hesitant to try a pill form Arginine to use pre-workout because I was previously taking 4 grams prior to this but I liked the stack and the dosage is high for tablets so I figured I'd take an extra pill and cut the supply to 25 days or so instead of 30 to make up for the difference in the powder I was using previously (side note: If you're not a hardcore lifter looking a mega pump than the recommended dose is more than adequate for all intents and purposes). I started off taking a bit more than the recommended tablets per serving and got a ridiculous pump and sustained energy through my workout. I also noticed about a 10% increase in lift strength due to that excellent pump and energy. Much better than the powder nitric product I was previously using even though the dosage would have been comparable. I think it has to do with the ratio of AAKG, HCI and Citrulline which I believe is superior in this product to other Arginine/ Nitric boosters I've used.

Best Dose, Best Results

I've been taking this now for a few weeks. I've used other brands and noticed improvements in my migraines. However, those improvements were flaccid and short lived. This is the real deal. My migraines are gone, and my energy and vitality are through the roof. It's definitely worth getting.

I consider myself a pretty serious bodybuilder. I've been using this product for about a month now and I have noticed a positive blood flow and good pumps. I usually take it an hour before I work out and within 10 minutes of working out, my arms are very vascular and they remain this way for hours, even after my work out is complete. Great product.

Wanted to try something different to get Arginine. The powder was not working for me like I hoped plus I couldn’t get it down. Looked online at a bunch of different pills and decided to try this. I’ve been taking this for a few months and is has helped greatly with my circulation as all my life I have had bad circulation resulting in numb fingers and toes in the winter (and sometimes fall and spring). Who knew there was a supplement for that?!

Enhanced Motivation To Excel

I take two tablets of Dr. Emil - L Arginine with water upon waking. I have felt a more aggressive attitude to be on my way with my daily five mile walk circuit with my german shepherd and upon completion to do my minor reps on my weight machine. A nice surprise is an enhanced libido drive, though slight it has not gone unnoticed.
