I love the shape of this pan! It's so handy for grilled cheese, bacon, and a host of other things that don't fit as well into more traditional round pans.

This skillet is perfect for catching extra grease and liquids. I always cook with a cast iron skillet, but the unwanted fats and liquids separate so perfectly now. I'm so happy! If you use cast iron, then you have to have this skillet!

Could use some help with how to clean the grooves easier. Otherwise very happy with my cast iron grill. I do like that it came pre-seasoned.

Love this pan! Is a little hard to clean. I soak it in hot water, for about 10 or 15 minutes before scrubbing it. This makes cleanup really easy!

I use a large rectangular pan. Needed something smaller for two burgers or one steak. Easier to clean than the large pan. It heats fast and retains heat.
