Very impressed with the sensor. Nice small compact size sleek design - super easy to stick on wall with mounting tape already on the device. I’m using apple HomeKit and the setup took about five seconds. Been running for a few days and haven’t had one issue or dropout. I’m using an Apple TV as the “hub” so I can access the sensor remotely. So cool using HomeKit - don’t need any extra apps or hubs it’s just seamless. Ordered a second one today.

This is a great sensor I just started to convert my home to a smart home. The 3 in one is great. The Apple Home app does not allow you to set triggers based on temperature or humidity however I downloaded the Hesperus app and was able to create triggers that feed to the home app. I used this sensor to trigger the kitchen cabinet lights at certain times based on motion. I then bought another which I put in the bathroom to trigger the lights during the day and a low dim light at night. Using Hesperus I created a humidity trigger to turn on the exhaust fan once it reaches a certain level. This is a great and powerful sensor when partnered with other apps which of course all work great with HomeKit and the Home app. I will be buying more of these soon. Note to have the full automation I used the HomeKit Leviton light switches also.

Here is my very brief review. Took all of about 30 seconds to set up which is quite amazing compared to some of my other Wemo HomeKit devices. It’s quite a small unit that’s an advantage and it would be nice to have a way to mount it to something but otherwise seems work fine. Appears to work in low light / darkness as well. $25 is a fair price would be nice if it were so much cheaper. Definitely plan to add more of these around the house to build a DIY security system combine these with door sensors and you’ve got a winner. And outdoor device would be great I am considering using one of these and hard were in a power supply for use outdoors. I’m sure in the summer this would be fine to use the battery but we’ve had some pretty cold cold days here and I’m sure it would drain the two small batteries in there quickly.

I did not want to install creepy cameras all over my vacation home so I bought this unit to let me know if anyone is in my house when they should not be. It works great and easily integrated with my ATV4 and is dead simple to set up. This unit is small and easily hidden. I will be purchasing more very soon!

This small cute device was very easy to install although the battery compartment was a little hard to open. Just follow the quick start guide (I am using the home app pre-installed on my iPhone). As you can see, it comes with three accessories: humidity, motion sensor, and temperature. It detects motion very very fast. Pretty cool product.

This device has motion, humidity, and temperature sensors; pretty impressive. I downloaded the controlling APP on my IPAD. The APP is very simple and easy to use. I also like the white color and nice design of this sensor.

PRO: Works w/ Apple Homekit. Nicely priced, much cheaper than the Eve motion sensor. Doesn't need a hub unlike the Phillips motion sensor. You can set the timeout session after a motion is triggered. Very easy to setup. The sensor is pretty responsive maybe .5 seconds or faster. I have it turn on/off when motion is detected when going up/down the stairs. It also detects temperature. CONS: Does not support IFTTT, so I can't control my other non homekit devices. The app seems a little clunky. The tiles needs to be less sterile. Everything looks to be on, It needs to stay consistent with the home app very confusing. I don't know which devices are off/on. With the latest update it looks like they have removed an option for me to create groups. Why was this removed?

I set one of these in my upstairs and also one downstairs to trigger lights on when someone walks into the hallway. Using HomeKit automation, I set them up to turn on some lights when motion is detected. The lights only come on during certain hours (not late at night) and only stay on for 1 minute. I have found this product to work well for this purpose. It also provides temperature and humidity at each location Setup of this device was very easy. Like other HomeKit devices you simply add a device, scan the HomeKit code, give the device a name and room, and you can start to use it immediately. I purchased these devices for about $25 each. I think this is a better value than any other equivalent devices compatible with HomeKit.

There is a pretty big learning curve I would say for the average consumer. The app has a lot of words written in an Asian language which I have yet to find of it can be set to English. Also so far this has only worked when I am on the WiFi. It does read motion which is great and can tell the humidity and temperature which I like but this seems to be still in early development. I am giving the 5 stars for the potential!

I picked this up as a review unit for my youtube channel. I've looked at most (all?) of the apple homekit motion sensors and the Onvis motion sensor is definitely a competitor. It's got a great price point and was extremely easy to setup. The device is Bluetooth ( BLE5) and took approx 45 seconds to add to my homekit home. Most important thing to note is that you'll need to make sure you have a Homekit hub ( Apple TV, iPAD in homehub mode, or HomePod ) to really unlock the power of the motion sensor as Homekit doesn't support automations without a homehub. The Onvis app isn't bad, but it's not great either. The beauty of Homekit is that you can use an Homekit compatible control app to manage your devices and automations. The only thing you absolutely need the Onvis app for is firmware management and that piece worked perfectly. Although the Onvis isn't the smallest sensor and might require a little work to hide it, at the price point, you really can't beat it for value. The addition of the humidity and temperature sensors just make this that much better.
