I got two of these recently not being sure which one I would like better. I absolutely hate the popular in-ear tiny headsets, they make my ear itch and usually don’t fit right or are just uncomfortable. It’s hard to screw up these headband style headsets though, they’re a great relief. My primary use case is for conference calls for my work, although after hours my wife will steal it to talk while doing chores. The other one I bought has the thicker headband and no dock, the M91 model. I would say this M98 headset is better for office workers, and the M91 is better for drivers as it clamps down on the ear more. This one is a looser fit thanks to the thin headband. One minor niggle is that the headband is long enough that it rubs against my ear on the other side, and my head is on the larger side. I imagine if you have a decent amount of hair it’s not as bad, my wife is not bothered by it. It is ambidextrous, meaning the mic will go either way and you can put it on either side of your head, which is nice. I like the multipoint on this headset, I have it linked to my PC and my phone and I can take calls on either one without having to mess with connection settings, it just works. People on the other end say I sound good. I’ve not had an issue with the battery life either, I use it straight through an 8-hour work day and it doesn’t need charging. Something to note, the volume buttons control the headset volume itself, they do not control the phone volume. So, if you have cranked the headset volume to max and it’s not loud enough, check the volume on your phone.

I purchased this to use the voice dictation software on my computer, and I've been extremely impressed with what I got. The accuracy is good, even with significant background noise, which means the noise cancellation is functioning well. This is an impressive piece for the price; the frame is made of metal, and the boom mic can be flexed inward or outward into a comfortable position as well as rotating in solid detents up and down.We are very glad we decided to purchase this headset

On phone all day and this set is a workhorse! We tried several famous and much more expensive headsets first—all had connection or sound issues (very surprising considering the brands and the premium price they command). After numerous complaints gave this unit a try. From the moment we unboxed it impressed: 1) solid base for charging; 2) light as a feather; 3) zero connection issues which was a huge problem with others; 4) great sound BOTH ways. If you live on the phone, or even just need a reliable headset that just works — give this a chance. We did and very happy!

I got this headset because I was hoping to use it with my computer via a Bluetooth connection. I teach online, and I wanted something smaller like this to work with that didn’t have a cable. My student said she could hear me very well, and the sound was good- it had a tiny bit of wind on her side, but she was in a windy area. I plan to continue to use this for teaching! Works great! Easy to connect and set up.

After my detailed test for a week, I wrote these words, I hope my comments can help you to know this product. A. Turn on the Bluetooth of the headset ( long press the MFB about 7 seconds are enough, till the led light shows red and blue crossed), and then open your mobile phone's Bluetooth to pair. B. To turn off the bluetooth of the headset ( long press the MFB about 7-10 seconds, till the led light shows red then goes off) C. Clear the connection of the headset (long press the Volume - and Volume + about 5-7 seconds, till the light shows pink) I've used it for online meetings lasting several hours . Overall, meet my requirements (and I work remotely so I do use this with Skype often).I've gone across the building while in online meetings and the sound is still clear.Anyways, if you need to make some hands free phone calls I think you'll be satisfied by this purchase.

My need was good sounding hands free mobile phone communication. The price is right and the sound equal to that of the phone itself -- that means people cannot tell the difference when using this headset. I have tried ear-pieces with self-contained microphone that was not satisfactory even when the reviews said different. I am not qualified to comment on the noise cancellation, but people can't tell that I am on the road, and don't know the wind is blowing when out doors, so that is good enough for me. Can't comment on battery life, but this device was beeping after talking for 2 hours and I think it was telling me the battery was low. If that is the case -- shorter than I expected. I do like plopping it in the cradle for charging. And the red/blue light indicator -- red while charging and blue when done. Over-all can say I am happy with this purchase.

I grew up on headsets ever since they were first invented. This style used to be your number one headset and it had a cord. This cordless unit is really nice if you can take the over the head band. I've been using Jabra over the ear, but now getting too many complaints about sound quality. I do at least 4 hours a day on it and no more Jabra for me. And I have their newest stuff. This has a battery over twice the size. And the price is less then half the Jabra. Worth a try. Update: I've been using it steady for a couple weeks and it's really great. The battery lasts forever and the charger base is magnetic. Kewl. I told you I use four hours a day, the Jabra would be about dead. This thing only takes about 10 minutes to top it off. Nothing. Cons: The LED's on the headset. They're WAY too small. Just double their size and the unit would be perfect.

The product is what I want, in fact, almost perfect. The unit connects automatically to my iPhone quickly and the audio is excellent. I've received feedback that the sound is clear but a little quieter than my normal handset (in all cases, the people on the other end of the call increased the volume and it was totally acceptable). To put the headset into pairing mode, you need to press and hold the multi-function button for about 10 seconds, then the LED charging indicator will flash red and blue alternately. The headphone mute mode is very convenient. Just press the button on the microphone you will hear a beep when mute is turned on and different beep when mute is turned off. I use it more when driving 🚗🚗, which can effectively reduce the noise around. Pros: Cost effective, connects easily, charges fast, good quality audio. Cons: The charging dock does not work like a mobile power supply,it need the charging cable

I have worn headsets for over 30 years for business, beginning with the corded ones attached to the phone so, I think I have a pretty good idea what I’m talking about. I’ve tried Bluetooth earbuds but the constant adjusting them & sometimes falling out annoyed the poopie out of me, so I went to the tried & true over-the-head, band style. Personally I don’t care what it looks like & never worry about a fashion faux pas because, quite frankly, what others think of me is none of my business. Anyway, these work perfectly in every category they represented in their description. People mildly complained about the ear piece being too small & while I agree as I am used to bigger, I thought I’d give it an honest go in spite of that preceived flaw. Once I accepted the design as is, I found it to have one great benefit - no sweat build up under the ear pad from long usage. Also, it does not take away from the the functionality & clear sound - no problem hearing clients. Love the cradle charging dock & battery life is a non issue for me & I use them a LOT. Since I use them for work & can not afford the headset going dead or the quality of sound both outgoing & incoming becoming an issue, I’d toss them away & give a one star review if that happened. Best of all - the price is excellent & in my opinion, you get more than what you pay for. The bottom line is obvious - I’d recommend them & buy these again with zero hesitation.
