Works well

I bought this to replace the previous model of electric kettle that finally went out after almost 10 years of daily use. This is a slightly upgraded version of the same pot. We were very happy with the last pot. I wish we had read the manual more carefully and cleaned it regularly and it probably would have lasted even longer. This new pot works well. It heats the water very quickly. I use it several times a day for hot tea. We brew several different types of tea and appreciate the temperature settings.

It takes about 30 minuets boil the water, the choice between two temperatures settings is smart and convenient ,,digital read out and water level indicator are good features,

We're happy

I bought this product to replace a different unit from another company that inexplicably stopped working. I read the reviews on this one carefully and purchased it. So far, we're happy with it. Only one caveat, when we use the little cup touch lever, initially the water comes out in spurts, but all you have to do is stop and start over, and it comes out smoothly and in full measure. I like that the tank size is so large also and that you can choose two water temperatures.

Great unit

I think I am done with coffee makers (last one lasted less than 2 months, but another story/review). The convenience of having 208 degree hot water available 24 hours a day, to instantly be used for coffee, tea, cocoa, broth -even a quick add to an overly seasoned pot of soup - makes this a really good concept. And this is a nice machine with great features.
