Bought this to fit in my RV oven. It is of high quality - just as it says "commercial grade". I've used commercial grade sheet pans in my home oven for years, and they make a big difference in baking. Things come out more evenly cooked vs. thin cookie sheets.

I bought the large size baking sheet to use as a drip tray under some oily mechanical equipment and it's very high quality. The full size sheet is very flat and strong with a substantial rolled lip on the edges (heavy wire inserted). It's also a bargain for sheet aluminum, containing approximately 2.6 sq feet (24" x 16") of 18 gauge (0.05") so $6.50 a square foot, if you should be so inclined. I'll be buying a few more pans for that reason, and will get some smaller size ones for the kitchen as well. It's a beauty.

You can tell soon as you take it out of the box that it is far better than the baking sheets that you would purchase at a store. Want quality? This is it! I was concerned about using aluminum, but that applies to aluminum cookware used on the stove top. Baking with aluminum doesn’t pose the health threats that cooking on direct heat does.

I bought this pan because I was aggravated that the pans I bought a year ago warp at 400 degrees. After reading the reviews, I purchased this 18-gauge pan. I have not been disappointed. I have used it a number of times for sheet pan dinners and have not had it warp. I will probably buy another one.

After initially searching for silicone mats for our cheap tiny baking sheets, I decided that I wanted to buy new sheets, mats, and cooling/cooking racks. I searched and searched and read so many reviews of Sheets that warp, lose their form, collect water, rust, Mats that smoke and/or emit strange odors - what? and Racks that have poor welds, rust, warp, or are just weak and can't support much weight. I began to lose confidence in the ability to find something reliable here on Amazon. I adjusted my search criteria multiple times before this brand, New Star Foodservice, showed up. As I read the reviews my confidence slowly returned and I decided to proceed with my purchase. I paired these with heavy duty stainless steel racks from Hamilton Housewares. I puchased (2) 1/4 sheet sets for our toaster oven, (1) 1/2 sheet set and (1) 2/3 sheet set which is the largest that will fit in our conventional oven. My wife and I are stoked! We now have these high quality sheets each with a silicone mat and cooking/cooling rack in all these sizes. So far so good! Everything cleans up so easily and we do not see any of the multitude of issues reported by other reviewers.

If you bake pies you know a pie pan is almost as wide as the standard baking sheet you put it on. The occasional juice spill-over can make a mess of your oven floor. A larger baking sheet contains that spill, saves your oven, and saves your pie baking experience. This one is very nice: handsome finish, quite stout, with round-over edges. I bought one for myself, then one as a gift for my pie-enthusiast daughter-in-law. I also bought one for my family's Thanksgiving dinner hostess to contain the various brought dishes to be warmed in her oven. Be sure to buy a wide roll of aluminum foil, too.

I've purchased 2 of these now. They're perfect for me to make quarter sheet cakes. I love these so much. Picture attached of a cake I made using these pans.

Excellent quality great price! After discovering sheet pan meals I am totally in love. The sheet pans I had had worked overtime and I was very unhappy with them. After doing some research and reading all the reviews I decided to purchase this particular brand. I’ve used them several times and have had no problems with warping even when broiling at the recommended time which a particular recipe called for. I did indicate they were easy to clean however I do use either foil or parchment paper. The directions say do not put them in the dishwasher so I haven’t and I wouldn’t recommend that. I ordered two different sizes and ended up placing a second order for the larger size.

My dog suffered a reaction to a rabies vaccine 3yrs ago and has had an awful skin problem since. Her immune system is lost so we struggle with allergies and skin yeast from nose to tail, constantly. The plastic pan in her crate became a place for this yeast to harbor and though I tried to clean it every day with alcohol and witch hazel, the grooves were impossible to keep clean so it perpetuated this awful corn chip, yeast odor throughout my home and office. I took a shot at using this large, industrial sized metal pan instead, and though it's a little smaller than her crate, it works great. I'm finally able to clean it up every day and KNOW it is truly clean for her. And it didn't break the bank. We're still juggling species specific food, hemp oil, turmeric, etc... and I'm still buying her beds to throw out every week, BUT it's a huge relief to be able to CLEAN her tray. : )

I was considering a nonstick oven liner to help keep my brand new oven clean. After reading all the reviews of the problems with those, I realized it just made more sense to get a baking sheet that would cover the maximum area needed and which would just live on my bottom oven rack forever. I was looking at half sheet pans and realized it wouldn't cover enough area. But I was pretty sure a full sheet pan would be too big. When I searched out the full size, this entry for the 2/3 size came up. It seemed perfect -- AND IT IS. The kids know that it stays in the oven always and pizzas or whatever get cooked on the top rack above it. If drips of cheese or sauce happen, they land on the sheet. It gives as much coverage as possible on the bottom rack without being too big, and sidesteps all the issues with the non stick oven liners.
