Great chuck key holder

Works great to hold chuck key to drill press. Magnet sticks to the drill press housing with about the force required to pop a soda can (this is of course, totally relative to the metal). Chuck key is secure enough to withstand drilling vibration, but still removable without looking at it.

"Strong" and "weak" are relative terms

I brought a nice carbon steel sushi knife back from Japan. I wanted to frame it and hang it on the wall, but also didn't want to damage so that it could be used. I purchased a shadow box and glued a thin plate of ferrous metal to the back of the box (facing the wall). I then attached a couple of magnets to the knife blade and centered it in the frame. The magnetic field penetrated the backing of the shadow box and attached the knife to the plate of metal I had glued to the back. Most of the reviewers describe these magnets as being "strong" and "weak", but these are subjective terms. These magnets are made of Neodymium, which has a substantially stronger magnetic field than magnets made of other materials. Specifically, these magnets are rated as N45 magnets. Essentially, the higher the number, the stronger the magnet. For example, an N52 magnet has a stronger magnetic field; an N42 magnet has a weaker field. The vendor describes their magnets as being "less brittle" than competitors' N52 magnets, which is true. However, the vendor neglects to mention that their magnets are also weaker than the competitors' N52 magnets. Regardless, the magnets are as advertised and do what they are supposed to do. They were packaged well.

Great

Excellent product. Useful for Sabbath observers whose major home appliances with Sabbath function cease working. This is cheaper than the call-out fee of an appliance technician.

Good quality magnets

Very good quality and pretty strong magnets for the price. Are they the strongest on the market? No, but for less than a dollar each, they are a bargain. I do not understand why some people call them “weak” or “fridge magnet quality”. The ones I received are definitely strong and the spacers, while not absolutely needed, help. Packaging is good. To summarize: good product which I’d buy again

Nice and strong magnets. Size is a little larger than I thought, I did not read the description carefully though, but these work great! May get other smaller size next time.

They're plenty strong

I got these for a fridge magnet project after my cheap magnet strips failed to hold anything up. Though these are MUCH more efficient and were the absolute perfect size, I fear I may have drastically underestimated just how enthusiastic they are at their job. The blasted things kept attracting each other from several cm away when I tried setting them down to work on the next one, and reaching over to separate them caused a chain reaction that scooped up all the magnets and a pair of scissors. Thankfully none of the glass beads I was gluing them to cracked in the impact! That being said, now that I'm more familiar with their range, I think I will keep using these. I only wish it came in bulk.

Very Handy + Very Strong

Here is a review of the FINDMAG Neodymium Magnets. Wow!!! For thin small magnets we are talking unusually strong. I really like that the 3M adhesive rounded tapes are included. This allows you to stick them wherever you need them. I did find that after a while the only surface that it doesn't adhere to is drywall. It will stick and stay on wood, plastic, glass, metal, and skin. (Probably not want to stick it on skin though LOL) Anyway, I use these in my work shop for all sorts of things. Mainly so I can have tools near me and accessible quickly. As you can see in the pictures they are separated by plastic washers to prevent damage. I recommend keeping them with the magnets for storage. They are somewhat fragile so treat them with care. Also, I had a drawer giving me issues by sliding open all the time! I used one of the magnets to keep it shut as you see in the photo. They are strong enough to hold a small hammer by it's head. Also screw drivers, wrenches, and pliers too! I use them to keep a lock latch shut so the cabinet doors don't open up. Lastly, I have them on my table saw to access my wrenches quickly. I recommend them and I know you will find 1000 uses for them. The shipping was quick and the product is awesome!

very very strong magnet! These are just what I've been looking for and they worked as expected! I've searched for a while and found these are the exact size I need and the price point is very good. I've used them for a "under cabinet jar rack" project and they work exceptionally!

These are heavy duty magnets for a bargain !

My boyfriend uses these magnets at work. He is machinist and complains that they are constantly losing their tools they need. These babies keep his tools attached to metal surfaces, no more losing tools! I believe his company will be purchasing quite a bit of these things for their shop soon! Definitely will continue to purchase all my magnets from FINDMAG.
