There are lots of fires around me. This has help a lot. the amount of smoke in the air is crazy. I can totally tell the difference when I leave the house

Seems to do what I need

So first of all, I rated it as quiet. I understand that any fan will make some noise. It is not silent. It has two speeds - high (loud) and low (very quiet). I use the low when I'm in the office and talking to someone, phone, etc. But otherwise I use high to circulate more air. I went from sneezing and being stuffy due to mites/dust/junk in the building's air ducts to nearly congestion free within a week and while I cannot be 100% sure I do attribute this turnaround to the filter. I cannot complain about this.

Disconnecting the night light

Flip it upside down, take out the big screw that holds it together, pull off the bottom and remove the four Philips head screws from the translucent ring. Carefully disconnect the four blue LED lights from their clips. Put the ring back on and put it back together. I have just removed your last reason to not buy this.

Great!

After getting a larger version of this air purifier, I knew I wanted the smaller one for my office. It really works. You can tell there is a difference especially when there was a smoker that was recently in the office. I am really happy with my purchase!

Nice purifier but light does not turn off

I like how there are 2 settings for the purifier, however, i was not able to get the light to turn off by itself. It's either on with the purifier or off completely. I've had this purifier for a few weeks now and I actually really like it. It is a bit more noisy on the high setting but it's good white noise. Would definitely buy this again

Great little air filter with premium touches!

I really like this air filter. It came in a nice retail box that was shrink wrapped. It has two speeds. On high, it moves a lot of air and the noise level is still reasonable. On low it is very quiet, like having a desktop computer on in the room. It has a nice band of blue light around the middle when it is running which is also visible from the top through the vent. Not too bright, just a nice deep blue glow. My cell phone camera really doesn't do the color justice. The large power button on top and the speed indicator light up as well. No tool is required to change the filter, there is a giant hand screw on the bottom, just grab it and spin it a few times to open the unit. The filtered air exits through the top from a contoured vent that sends it out 360 degrees. It's a nice, simple design that looks great in my room and helps with my allergies!

helps with cigarette smoke

I am a cigarette smoker. Yes, I know I need to quit,but at age 63 it's been a battle. That said my kids got me a lovely puppy for Christmas because my sweet dog Brody that was 20 years old had passed away. I live with my son and spend most of my time in my own room and don't smoke anywhere else in the house but my room. The house we live in was built in the 1930s and my room is an add on soon top of the smoke, there is a battle with dust from outside due to the old brick roads. This little air purifier is AMAZING. After just running it for the first 3 hours on high my daughter-in-law said she could NOT smell cigarette smoke when she walked in the room. My eyes no longer gummed up at night after sleeping (left it on low) and I wasn't sneezing my head off when I woke up due to allergies. I purchased an extra filter because I wasn't sure how long the one that came with it would last. I am on a fixed income and it's worth the extra expense to me. I have cut back on the smoking greatly ,so this is a blessing... thank you Mooka for making a product that works and is affordable for a lower income person......... C. A. Powers
