  • Bottom line: these are upgraded gel ear pads that are the first with relief cuts for glasses to pass through without breaking the seal and causing headaches. These have a semi-rigid lip to lock underneath the side clips on the Impact Sport headset and a high-performance, pressure-sensitive adhesive (non-permanent) for a secure fit in all conditions.

  • Made in the USA by a USMC veteran-owned company and designed for use in any climate. Polyurethane outer skin is UV-resistant, waterproof, and much longer-lasting than vinyl used on cheap pads. These gel pads are tough.
  • When headset is lowered as much as possible, glasses arms can be dropped into relief cuts and will sit in a protected channel just above the ear. Using the relief cuts is completely optional. Our gel pads also work like normal without glasses.
  • Our unique horseshoe-ring shaped double-hump front face and 1/4" inch of silicone gel provide significantly better softness and sealing vs. cheap foam pads.

Worth every penny

It's like wearing clouds as ear pads if that makes sense lol. The fact that I can wear these with safety glasses for 12 hours with no discomfort is amazing!

Very comfortable

I replaced my original pads in the HL Impact sports with these, and they've made a huge difference in comfort.

Install and work as advertised

I work at an indoor gun range and pressure from my eyeglass frames was causing pain above and behind my ears. No more! This product is as comfortable as advertised and noise level is as low or lower than with the original ear pieces. Highly recommend!

Amazing upgrade from foam and vinyl

I just used these to replace the pads on a Stihl helmet/face screen/ear muff combination unit I use when cutting down trees for firewood. The stock pads were cheap foam and vinyl and disintegrated in a couple of years. These gel pads fit the helmet great, and I can't believe how much better they seal to my head and cut out the noise, and how much more comfortable they are, while wearing my glasses. I intend to swap out the pads on all of my hearing protection that I use in my shop and at the range. The price seems a bit high, but this is one of those situations where you get what you pay for, and the quality is worth it.

Fits well on my Howard Leight Impact Sports. Gel cups seal well and seem to provide better hearing protection while being more comfortable

Works With Pro Ears

I used these to replace the failing pads on my Pro Ears Ultra 33 passive muffs. This required tearing off the old pads, scraping off the adhesive and applying the peel and stick gel pads. These pads are more rounded than the more rectangular pads of the Pro Ears but fit well in the cups and feel great when worn. My prescription glasses are narrow enough and close enough to my head that the gel pads form around them without needing the cutout on the top. The cutouts work great with my non-safety glasses but do put them at a steeper angle.

Nice upgrade

These fit my Razor's perfectly. They provide a very nice upgrade to the OEM ear pads and work just as they are supposed. My glasses fit fine and I have no issues with the angle being off, not much different than if using the OEM's. There appears to be a slight reduction in ambient sound heard over the OEM's but this is subjective using music and not measured by equipment. My only issue would be that the OEM's have speaker cloth sealed all around the edges and these are only tacked in 4 spots.

Buy these gel pads, well worth the investment in your ears

Great product, customer service BEFORE the sale (they answered my email questions) and love the way they worked. I bought three pairs, one for my standard muffs, one to my BOSE comfort Quiet 15 headset and one for my Walker noise canceling muffs. NOTE, each one of these muffs took a different model of the gel pads, look closely at the website to order the right gel pads for your application. Again, the manufacture was great with replying to my emails and making sure I bought the right model. BTW, he is a retired US Vet!
