After unboxing: - no visible scratch marks or damages anywhere on the item - comes with all needed parts and an assembly instructions Assembly: - I just had to look at the instructions and they were clear enough for me to understand how it supposed to go together - I improvised some parts of the assembly because it did not apply to my rig (I needed modifications for my person project) After assembly and installation: - The rig is sturdy - it is very flexible - it has very good wire management - it looks very tidy Tips and comments: - So far I haven't had any issues with it and I highly recommend it. It clears a lot of space on your desk specially if you were putting your laptop on your desk traditionally. - If your laptop is not your main computer (or you have a tower) I highly recommend "Synergy" software to be installed on your laptop so you won't need to plug a mouse and a keyboard every time - pay attention to where your laptop's vents are located - In my experience the laptop does not slide on the rig (even though my cat loves to push it) - If you have a cat like me, I highly recommend tightening the pivot so the cat won't push it as easily - I also recommend for cat owners to put the laptop platform at a 45 degree angle, this prevents your pets from turning your stand or laptop into their new favorite chill spot * overall, this was a very good and handy product

A Convenient Way to Surf

I was building a computer workshop in the basement and wanted an out-of-the-way method of having a live laptop available while building a PC. I bought this armature assembly so I could keep the laptop off the workbench, and have a movable screen to hook to the PC I was building. This assembly worked perfectly for those needs. I can be wrenching on a PC, pull the laptop over to look up a spec, and then push it away as I go back to the PC. Slick assembly that fit the bill!

Great Little Mount!!!

Mount works great and looks great! - Wire management is included. - Instructions are very easy to follow and everything I needed was included. They even had special spacers for my monitor which is recessed where the vesa mount is located. - Mount is very sturdy - Take you time assembling and you will be very happy.

I wanted to have something for my laptop in my sewing room. Flat surfaces are at a premium and didn't want to waste it on my laptop and mouse. My friend cut a nice piece of wood and I screwed it to the monitor mount and use it for my mouse pad and iPad. Love it...highly recommended. Easy to put together.

Great product

From the moment I took this out of the box, I could see it was a quality product. I have created a standup desk unlike anything I have seen online, but it suits my needs. I have been looking for a tray to hold my Microsoft Surface computer. This monitor stand totally fills the bill. It is very easy to adjust, so if I decide to re-purpose it later (often happens in my home office), I have very little doubt that it will work in any new configuration I create.

Great Value

I mounted a 15inch MacBook Pro and a 27inch LED monitor using this. The materials are plenty strong to hold what I have, the pivot points offer lots of adjustment, and the cord management is a nice touch to keep a clean look. Great value for the price!

Love it

It works perfectly! Love this product. It was hard to find a monitor stand with laptop holder. Mine is Macbook pro 15” and 22” monitor. This item allow more space and I can put my keyboard under the laptop stand.

Solid and functional

Really glad I bought this product. Holds my 27" monitor and computer very well, seems to be solidly built, and opens up a world of space on my desk. A couple of times during assembly, problems with parts that did not seem to tighten were resolved by flipping the screw around. When attaching the bracket arms to the main support pole, and when attaching the clamp to the desk, things did not tighten up as they seemed they should. I just flipped the screw around, and everything is rock solid.

Excellent product

Works very well. Used it on my girlfriend's standing desk first. Worked so well on the first one I bought another for my office. I have 23 inch and a 22 inch HP monitors on them. They pivot well and I haven't had any issues with the monitors falling because of weight, but they are pretty light.

The BEST: Bookstand and laptop stand

I am a nursing student and I have a lot of books, laptop, ipad and lots of papers. I have a large desk, but needed to make better use of the space. I bought this dual arm stand along with an extra stand/tray to put on the second arm. I LOVE IT. My textbooks are huge and very heavy. I needed a way to angle my books to make reading easier and reduce glare from the overhead light. I also wanted to get my laptop up and out of the way so I had space to take notes on my ipad. This might only be the second review I’ve ever left in over 10 years of having Amazon— but it’s THAT good. The book stays open with no gadgets to hold the pages apart. The stands remain in whatever position I put them & don’t droop or flop. It was easy to put this thing together and get it clamped to my desk. SO FREAKING HAPPY.
