These work really well for joining different types of wires together - solid to stranded, that don't work so well on wire nuts. I have used the Wago Lever-Nuts previously, and this provides a much neater appearance - you only need one of these for an in-line splice, instead of 2 or 3. Great for tight boxes where an in-line connection is best.
