I love how it gives real medical instruments to practice, and doesn’t feel cheap at all

Whilst I would have preferred a pad with a mesh, this will do just fine, for what I need to learn.

Includes everything

Arrived in good condition. Came with everything it said it would, the practice skin has a strong plastic smell but I don't mind. The needle holder and forceps are "eh", but for 20 bucks I can live with it. I have yet to actually try suturing with it, but I will update my review when I do.

Great bang for your buck!

I was trying to find the cheapest way to get everything I needed to practice suturing. All other kits I saw were over $30 and as a student that is just a bit too high but this one was affordable and came with everything I needed, needle driver, scissors, sutures, practice pad, everything. It all came in this nice carrying case. It was on time and as described. I recommend letting the practice pad sit outside for a few days and washing it because it has a strong plastic smell. But overall, this kit is a great way to practice and hopefully impress your preceptors.

Great quality and easy to use!

Got this as a gift for a friend who is a nurse practitioner with a new job at a urgent care clinic. Needed practice doing sutures as she haven't done it since school. Found it to be very helpful.

GREAT KIT FOR PA CANDIDATES!!!

Set yourself apart from the crowd by completing a FULL SUTURE INTENSIVE before your interview!! I LOVE THIS COURSE! Everything is so well explained and the Surgeon/Author obviously knows his stuff! I was thrilled when, after following the instructions and reviewing the demonstrations on the videos, I was able to tie a surgeons knot on the multi-wound simulation suture pad. All of the materials you need are in the case except gloves. I recommend you buy gloves to fit snugly and suture with them on right from the start. The instrumentation included was not the cheapo kind and performed well. You can complete an online assessment module and receive a Suturing Certificate with the purchase of the mini or standard kit. I am tempted to buy the larger, Standard Suture kit as well -just for fun!

Durable Product!

My daughter used this kit for a school project and found it to be exactly as described on the website. The accompanying guide is thorough and provided step-by-step directions for creating the sutures using the kit materials.
