The seller is great as is the merchandise but for one hiccup

This seemed like a good deal and had just about everything I needed. One of the important items, the leak detector, was, unfortunately, missing from the kit. Amazon did not have any more kits available for exchange so I contacted the seller directly. The seller was quick to acknowledge my issue and since shipping only the missing item was not possible offered to ship a complete new kit at no charge. I hesitated because I did not want to have the seller go to that much trouble and expense but was assured after a few more email exchanges it was the only way and not a problem. I relented and accepted the offer. Unfortunately when the package arrived it was only the manifold gauge set and there was still no leak detector to be found. Contacting the seller once again they offered to discount my original purchase by 20% to make up for the missing part. That solution was perfect and I only wish they had offered it for the initial resolution. The refund was processed the same day. Five stars for this is because of all the effort the seller went to to satisfy the customer, me, and the quality of the components. Mistakes happen but finding a company that's willing to take responsibility and action to correct those mistakes is rare. So KUDOs to VIVOHOME.

Good Solid Unit So Far

Bought to find AC leak in car. *IMPORTANT*: Pump ships w/ small amount of oil in it to lubricate internal seals during shipping. YOU MUST add oil BEFORE turning unit on for first time! Set pump on level surface & only fill oil to just above the first row of holes or you will blow excessive oil vapor. This will take just-over half of bottle of oil included in kit. Lightly grease fitting orings before first assembly. BE CAREFUL: Disassemble hoses from manifold before repacking for storing as copper/brass hose fitting pipes could bend if jammed back into the box. Or, hang it on wall completely assembled. Unit runs quiet, seems well built. Have used 3 times without issue. Good for occasional light/home duty as hose piping is not as robust as industrial quality. Good value - no regrets.
