This planner is great for listing numerous appointments per day. I visit many pet sitting clients daily and like to review my workload per hour, per day or even per week when the planner is wide open. Features a full day broken down in 15 minute increments from early morning until late evening to record all jobs. Works perfectly for me. Just note this is a school year calendar not a Jan-Dec calendar year.

Ugh. Really.. I dont look forward to my first day of the new school year. At least this helps with the countdown and gives me space to write notes down about all the adventures at my school.

Great product for the price

I am very particular about my planners and need a vertical one that is hourly, with the entire week viewable at once. This planner was one of the few I was able to find that fit all of my requirements, and I like how the text is not too bold and outstanding. Overall, the product is very good for the price and is small enough to carry around in a purse or any bag. Would recommend.

Great durable planner

I like the size and layout of this planner. Not fancy, but very functional and durable. Easy to plan each week's appointments and I like the academic calendar year option.

Same as it ever was.

I'm an old dinosaur, who needs to see my week laid out across a couple large format pages in order to get a clear picture of what's in store for me. I am reasonably computer literate, I tried migrating to a phone and pc synced calendar app—gave it a coupe years, thinking I would adjust. I didn't. So, I've come back to my old faithful Week-At-A-Glance. I gather that, while I was away, there have been some major dislocations and consolidations in the day planner marketplace. Figures. I expect for most folks, the electronic appointment trackers work as well, if not better, than hard copies. But, if you're like me, the good news is that At-A-Glance books survive. And the look and feel hasn't changed (though they've added some artsy options for those so inclined). The other tip? Seems that many of the models formatted on calendar year no longer feature an "overlap" month. Apparently, you're expected to carry two books around from about Thanksgiving on so you can book stuff into the New Year. But shifting to the "academic year" gives you back that extra month. My current book began the week of June 25 — July 1, and runs through August of next year.

I have been using these planners for years and have had a difficult time finding them in stores! I’m so excited that I can easily purchase them through amazon! I love that you can plan out your day hour by hour, and are able to schedule in appointments (it even splits it up by 15 min increments). For my lifestyle (busy schedule during the work week) this is perfect!!

Useful At-A-Glance calendar

I have used the At-A-Glance Academic Weekly Appointment Book for many years and find it the most useful calendar, especially regarding size of the calendar and the spaces provided for noting appointments, meetings, etc. for the week. Unfortunately, the price of the calendar has risen considerably over the years; otherwise, I rate it highly.

Academic Calendar/Appointment Book

Got into the habit of using the academic calendar when the kids were in school. Practical application too. End of year often proves hectic with holiday events & limits time available to transcribe important events into next year's planner. Still following the academic years after the kids have graduated college. Much easier to find the time to lay out important dates to remember... for those old school fans who still like to physically record their data.

Love this planner!

I love this yearly planner and purchase it every year to keep all of my appointments on track! I appreciate the pocket in the binder too that allows me to store important papers. The space allowed on the daily calendar is sufficient to keep track of my goals too!
