Now I don't have to worry about mold and germs building up along with all the gunk that is left in the other bulb syringes. This little guy is so easy to use and it has me worry free! I wash it and keep it clean, in and out! I can only imagine how gross the traditional ones are. I would do my best at cleaning the traditional one (the blue one given to me by the hospital), but it was hard to keep it completely clean internally. I would wash it, but I couldn't see what was left behind. I worried at what may have been growing in there. Well now, I worry no more! It is clean and boogy free all the time!

Waaay better than the nose frida

Waaay better than the nose frida! That thing was terrible! This is easy, gets the job done, and my baby isn’t screaming the whole time. I simply let her watch a quick one minute video of Minnie Mouse and she lets me get all the yuckies out! Plus you can open this and clean it. Great product

Perfect!!

This product is a must by! I honestly loved it more then the one the hospital gave me. I also took a picture next to the one the hospital gave me, slightly smaller but works even better. I bought two of them and they are so easy to keep clean and it also comes with a bag to keep it clean on the go. The suction is good and if you use it the right way it won’t open.

Best extractor on the market!

I recently switched to this extractor after trying out a couple others purchased from local retail stores, but always going back to the one we took home from the hospital (usual blue extractor) 1 1/2 years ago, and it’s been better than I ever could’ve expected. And it’s better than any other I’ve tried, BY FAR. This extractor is FANTASTIC! I love that it’s clear, but love even more that you have the ability to take it apart for cleaning. You’re able to see how much mucus is being suctioned, and the color of it, which is very helpful in determining if there’s an infection on the rise. I knew that there was most likely mold growing inside of our old one, but I didn’t want to cut it open to look until we received this one. And boy am I glad I waited! The entire inside of it was completely black! I feel so terrible knowing that I was putting that in my baby’s nose for so long! Before purchasing I read the reviews, and feel the need to mention that neither myself, my husband nor my mother in law have had any problems whatsoever with it coming apart while using it. As long as you’re pressing your thumb on the top of the extractor (as stated in the instructions) it will not come apart. There are a number of grooves to ensure that the top and bottom don’t come apart easily during use. Although it is very easy to take apart when needed. The suction it has is perfect. Just as good, if not better than the one from the hospital. As well as daily use I’ve used it when my daughter had a head cold & it worked like a charm getting as much mucus from her nose as I felt was going to come out. Overall this is the best extractor that there is out there. Do yourself, your wallet & most importantly, your kid’s health a favor & make this the first, and only extractor that you’ll ever have to purchase again. And, please, whatever you do, don’t wait as long as I did!

A perfect product: A must have for babies and toddlers! Easy to clean and operate!

This should be standard issue when they send you home from the hospital with your brand new little one! Those green aspirators bulb at the hospital works okay, but the mold that gets built up in there is disgusting and unsanitary. We've tried another similar bulb with a removable bottom (which was green, sold here on Amazon), but it was too rigid and not usable. Also tried the Nose Frida and it sucks (pun intended), but unfortunately, not literally. Always feel like my lungs are gonna collapse when I use that thing and end up with an asthma attack. The material is a little softer than the one you get at the hospital, making it super easy to use. And also, minimizes irritation to the child's nostrils and less likely to cause nose bleeds. The trick is to ensure a proper seal around the nozzle with the nostrils before releasing for suction. Super easy to clean and use! Loved it so much, we got a second!

I still love this product <3

I bought this nasal aspirator after reading some awful articles about mold inside regular aspirators. I liked the fact that this one is see-thru, and can be unscrewed into 2 pieces, so it's easier to clean. I also loved the quality, which I found to be better than any aspirator I could find at stores. In fact, first, I bought this aspirator to use at home and another one from the drug store to keep it in my diaper bag, but I ended up buying a second Innovo one, since the one from the drug store wasn't performing as good as the Innovo one. A few months later, I was on vacation and I found out my Innovo aspirator was accidentally left at home, so I went to the store and got one from a brand I thought would be good, but ended up being totally useless. For that reason, I bought a third Innovo aspirator, to keep in my car as "an emergency one", and I'm still in love with all of them. Not only these have been the only ones that really clean my baby's nose, but they are sturdy enough to resist being sterilized with hot water vapor frequently, and they are still good as new. I totally recommend this product and feel it can make a very nice gift for a baby shower.

Better alternative to the traditional ones

I can't express how much I love this product. The regular nose suckers are hard to clean and can collect mold inside, and don't get me started on the Nose Frida. I gave that one a fair shot and it didn't work like this one. So easy to use, and it's very sanitary. I can put it in the sanitizer because it's silicone. I've purchased 2 for our home (one to put in the diaper bag), and I've bought several for welcome baby gift bags for friends and family that just had babies.

So awesome

I read an article about nose breathing in babies and how important it is to keep their little noses clear. Basically babies are obligate nose breathers (which makes sense since they suck for long periods to eat and need to breathe while they suck) and if their little noses get clogged they will scream because it’s the only way they know how to get air in through their mouths. I read that when I was pregnant and I’ve been checking my daughters nose daily since day one of her life. I clean her nose out every 2-3 days at least. I started with the NoseFrida and did not like it. It just didn’t work for me. The hospital bulb was better but it can’t be properly cleaned which is gross. So I did a little searching and I think I found the magic combo: this product, Little Remedies Saline Drops, and the oogieBear boogie stick. A couple drops of saline, then I use this bulb syringe (make sure you push on the bottom not the sides or it’ll pop open) and then after several squeezes when the booger is close enough, the stick does the rest. It’s much easier and more effective than anything else I’ve tried. And this thing can be cleaned which is great! The tiny bonus brush inside the Oxo Tot bottle brush is PERFECT for cleaning the slim part. The big part of the brush is perfect for the bulb.

LOVE!!!! I have not been able to find a bulb syringe that was hospital grade quality in stores. I also wanted one that I could rely on and clean easily. Well, here it is!! It does NOT come apart as long as you use it properly (pushing from bottom and not squeezing together on the sides). Especially with having more than one child, I love that this is easy to clean so no one else gets infected when someone is sick. Life saver for this mama!! 🙌🏻
