Perfect for quilting, gets nice and hot

I love my project iron so far! It gets very hot, particularly for an iron of this size. I use it in quilting, next to my sewing machine for pressing seams as I sew. I like the front point, it gives extra reach beyond what's directly under your hand. The only thing I would improve is that the hand grip gets overly warm if you are using for an extended period of time. Overall a great investment!

Works great

It is an amazing lil bit. Only difference is that it doesn’t lift like the big brother. But it’s worthy.

Hottest mini iron I have ever used!

I travel to a lot of retreats for quilting and I love that this mini version of the Oliso gets so hot. Most mini irons do not obtain the high heat and therefore do not work as well for quilting. I have the larger version also and love them both.

Nice little iron

This is an awesome little iron. It heats up quickly, steams nicely, and the silicone holder is a great place to set it down. I also like that I can hang this on the wall in my sewing room since table space is limited. If there was anything to change, I wish it would sit up like regular irons do, but I still really like it.

Super Great Iron !

After watching a You Tube segment about this Oliso M2 Pro Mini Iron, I decided to give this product a try. ITS PERFECT! As an avid quilter, I've always used my regular size iron to "press" my quilt seams open, but hauling that iron around is sometimes awkward. The Oliso M2 Pro Mini Iron was great ! I plugged it in, turned on my TV, sat down at my table, and was able to watch my fav TV show and press ALL my seams open in no time at all ! The "steam" feature on this Oliso iron is great, and the "solemate" accommodates the very hot iron perfectly, and also allows the iron to be hung in a vertical position when not it use. I'd give this product a FIVE STAR RATING *****

Great little iron

I was hesitant to buy this since it was only 1000 watts and I prefer 1800 for my ironing. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this iron is. It heats up quickly and is easy to use. The oliso brand is always superior in my mind. Others have written that it gets hot on the handle, but I have not noticed that at all. I found it stays cool. The shape of the iron is also unique and took a little getting used to...but I found I really liked it for those small projects and seams with my quilting pieces.

Powerful little iron

This is just an amazing little iron. I turned on the Oliso M2 Pro Mini Project Iron and timed it to see how quickly it would heat up - 20 seconds. As I am sewing I leave it plugged in, turn it on to iron, turn it off until I need it again. It heats up and is ready to iron (including steam) in the time it takes to get your fabric positioned and ready. The steam function is great also. I under-fill it using ⅛ cup which lasts a long time using this method. It only steams when you push the little steam button and that works exactly as I need it for ironing little quilt projects. The only negative I can write is that there are no color choices. Yes I would recommend.

Perfect Little Iron

I love this iron. I have its big sister that I use for my large ironing, but this little one is perfect for next to my sewing machine for ironing appliques down when embroidering, or pressing small seams, etc all while not having to get up to go the the big iron. I also keep a wool mat with it on the desk. It is a perfect combination. I definitely recommend this iron. It also heats up quickly. Others have stated that it is hard to hold and you burn your hand. This is not a problem for me. It has the perfect place for your hand and you won't get burned.

Good instructions and tip sheet

Great little sewing iron, I read the reviews before buying, they were either very good or not so good. I received a tip sheet from the manufacture before the iron itself arrived. The tip sheet was very helpful and addressed all of the negative comments in the reviews. I have had only good experience with this product. The instructions that came with the iron were also helpful

Oliso M2 Pro Project Iron

I purchased the Oliso M2 Pro Mini Project Iron 2 days ago. I was told that I would receive ithe iron in 7 days . It arrived in 2 days.. It is very light. The dial that controls heat settings - lights up.. the water chamber for humidification is very convenient with a small window that shows the water level..It also has a "sole mate" to be used to rest the hot iron while using it, and then you can flip it over to attach iron and hang on a wall.. I am very happy with my purchase....
