Quite happy with it for my old dog & my young husky is not ripping it apart

Had this over a week now. It was mildly challenging to put together but a rubber mallet was helpful. Pleased with the quality. My dog has longer nails but the fabric has held up with no concerns with a pad I put on top of it. I got an XL. My dog is a smaller sized lab (hunting dog sized not one of the huge labs.) She loves the new dog bed and sleeps on it every day. She's getting stiff joints in her old age but can easily get on this bed. The XL was probably a bit bigger than I needed and she'd probably fit just as well on a Large size of this but it's plenty of room on the XL to spread out. My husky also likes it and fits well on it but my lab guards it so he rarely gets a chance to lay on it. Overall very pleased with this product. I finally found a bed for my older lab that my husky hasn't tried to rip up to shreds like every cushioned bed I've ever bought. He seems to understand this is furniture but he thinks any foam or stuffing filled pet bed is a huge toy for him (he's even ripped up the super expensive "tough" made dog beds.) Overall very pleased with the price and quality of this dog bed.

perfect for dogs of all sizes

I currently have five dogs in my care, three of which are working breed dogs the other two are toy sized Miniature Pinschers. Let me start off by saying that the large size bed is quite large, and it would be able to accommodate two medium sized dogs comfortably. Assembly is pretty straightforward but requires some strength to get that last leg attached. Once you’re past that point its perfect! Aside from the required strength at the end, this bed is very sturdy and easy to put together while being lightweight. Originally, I had purchased this to be used indoors as an extra bed, because of limited space I have moved it to the patio for my Miniature pinschers to use while sun bathing in the morning. The bed keeps the minis off of the ground where the ants like to hang out which keeps them from getting bit. My large dogs also enjoy this bed while they are taking breaks between rounds of fetch. The elevation of the bed and the fabric are perfect for helping hot dogs quickly cool down. I can also hose them down from time to time and the extra water drains through the fabric. I have had this bed for about a month now and it has been through several rain storms and sat in the Arizona sun without fading or showing any signs of wear which says a lot because the sun destroys everything here. I highly recommend this product to anyone with a dog the bed can be used indoors or out and can even be a travel bed if you’re outdoorsy. Also, this bed would be a must have if your dogs are exclusively outdoor pets so that they are off the cold ground in the winter and hot ground in the summer.

Very functional

I took this bed to my work for my dog to stay on it while I am working. It was very light to transport and easy to assemble. My dog likes this bed and he knows this is his bed. I really like this bed because my dog is off the floor and stays clean and it defines his space in my office. I highly recommend this product.

Holding up great for a 70 lb Labrador.

I have no complaints. I have been through 2 of the coolaroo beds, my dog tends to put holes in those. So far this has held up fine. He has plenty of room on it and it was easier to put together than some of the other beds I have gotten. So far so good!

Great size for large dogs. Easy to assemble and holds up. Pets love it!

I purchased this Veehoo elevated dog bed because I had another dog bed on the floor and the heat from the dogs combined with the cold floor caused condensation on the bottom of the bed which eventually led to mold and mildew. We finally figured out the problem and looked for an elevated dog bed for that corner of the house. This dog bed is easy to assemble with no tools required. The instructions were easy to follow, and it took very little force to fit the pieces together. Once assembled, the bed is slightly flexible but sturdy. The frame is made out of metal and the cot material feels durable. When we put it on the floor, my four cats immediately took to it and made it theirs. When they aren't on it, my 136-pound Great Pyrenees and 86-pound Labrador mix use it. I was skeptical that the larger dog would be able to use the bed without breaking it, but it held up under his weight and didn't come apart with any of the animals' claws. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and didn't find any flaws with this product. 5/5 stars

My dogs love it!

I have three golden retrievers who are over 70 pounds. They are big dogs who live inside. Since goldens are prone to hip dysplasia, I want them to be comfortable. I decided to try out this bed, and I was not disappointed. The two youngest fight over who can be in bed, they love it. (Not actually fight, just race to see who can lay down first). I will have to say that it does take some time to put it together. It took me about thirty minutes to put together with two other people. It's very sturdy, and it just wipes off with a washcloth. I love this bed and so do my dogs!

IF you love your dog

Went camping and last year ruined a good expensive dog bed,Didnnt want her laying on the wet cold ground.This thing she LOVED.Put her blanket on it and when she wanted to lay down? she went right to it and layed down. Once shown it was hers. Yes I love my dog

Dog bed perfect for the outdoors!

The bed was easy to assemble. My dog, 12 lb minature poodle mix, was a little hesitant to jump on the elevated bed at first but nothing treats cannot help with. The bed is big enough to fit my 6lb Maltese as well. I think this bed is something that's perfect to bring with you outdoors. I can't wait to start using it for picnic days, beach days and BBQ days. I like how the surface of the bed is easy to remove and wash. It doesn't take up a lot of space in the washing machine like most conventional dog beds.
