This is labeled as being "instant dissolving" and to just add it to your favorite beverage. So, my mother tried to stir it into ice cold sugar free soda. It didn't dissolve well, turning into somewhat mucilaginous globs. So, then she put it into her smoothie blender. Don't ever blend this into a carbonated beverage. When the lid was removed, her mixture went everywhere. Putting her mad scientist tendencies aside, it is pleasant tasting. Not overly sweet, nor with an unbearably fake flavor, my mother actually liked it. She isn't your young millennial, btw. She's in her late 70s, and this is used as a nutritional supplement to her diet. She is also very picky about what she likes or does not like, and if she does not like something, I don't care how healthy it is for her, she won't have anything to do with it. She is not suffering from dementia nor is she senile, but she can react in a childish manner to things she does not like. Thankfully, she likes this one. It is very good for her, providing necessary proteins while not adding the stuff she is avoiding, like sugars and salts. We will probably buy this product again.

Very nice taste when mixed with cold water. May promote healthy skin.

If you're a fan of flavored waters, this powder blends very well with cold water without leaving any grittiness, with a taste that rivals some of the commercially available flavored waters. The product is sweetened with Stevia Leaf extract, but there's no obvious aftertaste. This is best mixed in a closed bottle that is shaken rather than in a blender, where it tends to foam up quite a bit. I tried the Pomegranate Acai variety and enjoyed it very much. Of the two other family members who tried it, one loved it and the other did not appreciate the taste, so your mileage may vary. As to whether the product actually leads to better looking skin, there again you'll have to assess for yourself. That said, there are indeed articles in the medical literature that describe significant benefits, such as one from December 2017 that describes some research findings and then concludes, "These observations partially explain the beneficial effects of collagen hydrolysate ingestion on the enhancement of wound healing and improvement in the skin condition."

Results obvious in just a few days...

I take the unflavored one with my coffee first thing in the morning. In just a few days my nails are so strong that I had to trim them lest they accidentally hurt me. The skin on my face also looks very good. I love this product and I am planning to take it daily for 6 months to see what outcome it will have on my osteopenia. I am expecting very possible results.

I tried the pomegranate flavor. It makes it very well in a cup of hot water in the morning. This product also has amla fruit which is very high in vitamin C. I did notice Improvement in my skin. I'm on my second bottle and will order more

There is no flavor. It dissolves without making clumps if you keep mixing. I put it in my morning smoothie. I hope it’s having an effect on my hair and skin. People comment on my skin being very good. I am 70.

I think it makes a difference

NeoCell Collagen Protein Peptides dissolves completely and the flavors are great. The unflavored can be added to any drink and you won't know it is there. There is no clumping. It has a combination of grass-fed collagen, hyaluronic acid, vitamin C and amla fruit extract. You get 20 grams of collagen and 18 grams of protein in only 80 calories. The range for collagen really depends on what results you want with most diets recommending between 10-15 grams. I have read studies that the amount varies if you are taking this to plump out your skin and that varies depending on your weight. I am shooting for 25 grams a day and take another supplement to give me that additional 5 grams. The powder can be a bit more expensive but I think that it actually gets into your system better. I have noticed that my arthritis isn't as bad after taking these supplements for a month and the creaking of my knees has really gone down as well. I am able to walk on the treadmill for longer periods of time without pain. I don't think I have been taking it long enough to show results in my skin but the area under my eyes is a bit more full and some fine lines are diminished.

Great tasting collagen that mixes well with cold water

This collagen mixes well, even with cold water. The directions don't say how much water to use. Through experimentation, I've found 8 ounces (1 cup) to be just the right amount of water. More than that, and this has a watered-down flavor; less than that, and this tastes too strong. I've tried Mandarin Orange, Pomegranate Acai and Unflavored. Both flavors taste good. When I drink the unflavored, I add a bit of Stur water flavoring. I love the natural ingredients, and I really like that it doesn't have sugar or artificial sweetener. It's sweetened with stevia. This collagen has a higher dosage than my normal brand (Nature's Truth). I really like that I only have to drink this once a day, one third of what's required for my previous brand.
