Outstanding picture quality

The quality that this 5 megapixel camera produces is really excellent. The pan-tilt-zoom future works very well. The software takes a little getting used to as I have it on phone app, my laptop and I also have a reolink NVR. The overlap is a little confusing but that's on me. I liked it so much I ordered another one. It would be great if they made an outdoor version that didn't cost 250 bucks, hint hint reolink. As a side note this and 2 more Wi-Fi outdoor, 4 cams all connected to my POE NVR effortlessly. My only b**** is reolink doesn't seem to want to make an Alexa app so it'd be integrated with my echo. To my eye Much better cameras than all that do work with Alexa.

More expensive than some, but, work well

I have several of the outdoor cameras, and I love how user friendly the app is (and how helpful customer support was when I needed them for the outdoor cameras.) So, I just started buying the indoor cameras. I have other (less expensive) cameras that I've used for a long time. The other-brand cameras work well and are very easy to use, but the app is awful. The Reolink app works very well, and, it's easy to share the cameras on other devices (my iPad, computer, etc) and with my husband once I've set them up. Much different than some of the other less user friendly apps.

Look not further, feature packed PTZ

I was looking for a PTZ Camera with 2 way Audio so that we could see what the heck our kids are doing when they get home from school. This product works out great! This camera is feature packed and does not require a monitized subscription inorder to store images etc, its like my old busy box ptz camera that died, but 10 years newer.

Very quick and incredibly easy to setup from unboxing to making it work. Great customer support as I contacted regarding the sound. I didn't read the details for sound and found all my questions answered from customer support. Great camera with multi purpose uses.

I am impressed with the quality of the camera's picture and 3x optical zoom

I am impressed with the quality of the camera's picture and 3x optical zoom,I have bought in the past Amcrest cameras and was really never happy with the picture quality, even the new Amcrest 4mp really cannot compare to this camera. I have tried them both and there is no comparison between the two, this Reolink camers beats the Amcrest camera hands down.

Great PTZ Camera, Best Value,

This is my 1st Reolink Camera. I scoured numerous other brands and styles and this one has the most bang for the buck. Remember, this is only about $100.00, it is not a professional model so don't expect it to be the same as a $1,000.00 CCTV unit. But for the money, it is really good. The Camera was easy to install. One thing for many may be an interference with your Anti Virus software, don't forget to unload it before installing the camera and then re-start it afterwards. I no longer have to unload / reload the anti virus, somehow it must have learned the software or it opened the correct port. I downloaded the latest software and then I just followed directions and it installed. I hooked this up via Cat 5e cable to my router, plugged in the power and just installed it flawlessly. Getting the hang of the onscreen controls wasn't all that intuitive, some of the icons appear small on my screen and I had to hunt for where they were due to being unfamiliar with the screen. After installing it, I moved it to it's permanent location. It was easy to mount via the enclosed 2 way articulating arm, power plug and micro usb cord. There was even a Cat 5e cable to get you connected to your router which is then unplugged if you want to use wireless. I have a Cat 5e wire where it is finally installed. The picture on my PC is nice, terrific detail, easy to control for PTZ, you do need to play around with this to get the hang of how to move the camera. Once you do it's not hard. As for the Iphone app, it installed quickly, found the camera and was also easy to control. One thing about my iphone versus the PC, the PC has better resolution and the 5MP really brings out much more detail on the PC. I tested it out on a Washing Machine from about 10 to 12' away. On my PC i can zoom in and read the digital readout of how much time is left on a cycle. On my Iphone X the numbers are a bit blurry but you can see two digits, just not clearly enough to tell what they are on my iphone only. Pan, Tilt, and Zoom is good, get the hang of controlling it takes a bit of work but you can do that in about 10 minutes of playing around. Your delay in inputting commands and the picture showing the change will depend upon your connections, phone/PC, etc. it is NOT the fault of the camera and software. Night mode is Black & White, otherwise it is color all the time. The Motion sensor is very sensitive, sometimes sending me alerts when the only thing that has moved is the sunlight in and out of the room. I've had it for about 2 weeks now and it has worked without fail, 24/7. I gave this 4 stars for Night Vision as it is B & W, not color, 5 for motion detection which is pretty sensitive. I didn't rate Tech Support, I didn't need any. Altogether I give this 5 stars.

Have absolute patience please.

When I got these cameras in the mail I was excited to get them working and the price on them were $79.99 on sale. I bought 5 of them and then I had to return 2 of them. The set up is so easy yet it isn't. You're probably thinking, "Well is it or not??" The answer is it looks easy if you follow the directions and to be honest I had a very difficult time putting these cameras and making them work and then they would get kicked offline. I use to have very slow speeds of 18Mbps and now I did a speed test with 3 different websites and my speeds are so much higher. But wait there's more!! I bought 3 wi-fi extenders that cost I think $300 dollars to make sure that I have perfect speeds in all of the house period. And my speed test I did the day I installed them was 487.52Mbps Download and 24.91 Upload. I did a speed test with my iPad Air 2 by the cameras and the speeds were in the 400's which blew me away. So here is where I am going with this. If the speed is there and you put the REOLINK C2 Pro on 5MP it works just fine however before you know it when someone walks by in the area where the camera is watching and or recording the video says, "Due to poor internet quality please switch to Balanced or Fluent mode." That's like you buying one of the fastest cars in the world and when you step on the gas it get's you from 0 to 60 in 20 seconds. I turned on the volume and not only does the people I was watching in the video ( mom and sister ) in the room, their voices were cutting in and out. Ladies and gentleman, may I have your attention please..... I don't understand why it does that with the crazy high speeds that I have. Perhaps I need to go buy double the speeds that I have now and yes there is 1Gbps but I don't need that for anything that I due. I could be on my iPhone, iPad, Samsung Note 8, have Netflix on the TV, Use the Roku, use all 3 cameras and still have enough juice to watch a YouTube video in 2160p and not have any lack or slagging on any of the said applications or products I own. So your next question is most likely is going to be, "Then why in the heck did you give this a 5 and not a 2, 3 or a 4 star if you are complaining or stating all these facts?? Because even though I went through so much to install and re-install 3 times to get it just right, the REOLINK is better than ARLO Pro or non Pro or any other company that has this kind of video quality. I moved into a house with 4 rooms and a den which is a huge step up from the 2 bedroom apartment ( Gerbil Cage in San Diego ) for $2,815 per month. Anyway, I am getting off the subject here. I am looking at my phone right now as I type this to see what kind of speed is showing on the app and it shows the speed 8,590.36 Kbps which is awesome but it is telling me right now and I quote this time, "Due to poor network quality, please tap here to switch the playing mode to Balanced." Dear Reolink, if you are reading this and care to reply, can you please tell me, do I need to buy the 1Gbpsfrom my internet service provider in order to be able to watch in 5MP??? I just switched to Balanced as suggested and the video quality shot down big time and it is 774.81 Kbps right now. If anyone can be of help I would appreciate it as well. I still love this camera system and that is why I am going to extend the full 5 stars that this product deserves even though I personally am not getting what is being promised and or implied. I am not trying to run the company over with the bus but this long post is so future buyers can understand my dilemma and make a more informed decision before they buy it. I watch my family and my mom who is elderly when I am out and it works great and to know that my family is safe and all for $80 a pop you guys is not bad. Perhaps I am being picky or whatever. I am not sure but I just want what was shown on the specifications before I bought the Reolink cameras. I apologize to everyone who get's upset at people like me who write way too long, way too much to get whatever it is off of their minds.

C2 PRO CCTV the best camera!!!

I'm from Manila Philippines and I love this product. I search the net and canvass here in different malls before I decided to buy one. I have noted that this is the best IP CCTV Camera with sd card slot and has 5mp resolution with PTZ capability, motion detection and sound alarm. Also, this is the best camera in the market that has a reliable dual audio and very easy to setup. I know that it will take long before I receive the product because it will come from abroad. Iordered and take the risk because I know its worth it. I bought this camera to watch my kids when I and my wife will go to mall to do grocery, so we may know if they are doing fine. I already used it for about 2months and It works great. The camera is very clear and sharp. You can adjust the resolution so the video frames will not lag. You can also adjust the color in the settings. I love it. Also, the pan,tilt and zoom functionality works pretty well. You can also setup view for the different location/area in your house and just one click it will focus on the set area. Its very useful and efficient because there is a little bit delay as to its panning. I also love the alarm when it detects motion. It also send us notification when it detects motion. The night vision is very clear compare to other cctv cameras. It only records when there is motion so it will not consume easily the space in the sd card. You can also download a reolink apps in your laptop which I did so I am not using my mobile data. I can view my family even at work. Overall, I recommend this to my friends, relatives and all parents who have same issues as mine. If you are low in budget and cant buy a NVR, this can stand alone using your mobile phones. No need for monitor and still works. Will definitely buy another one.

Great camera

Use this camera for a baby monitor. Great high and low light video. Mic is very sensitive to the point I can hear the blanket moving from 15 ft away. Extremely easy to wall mount. Would highly recommend for the same use.
