Perfect for my basement and garage

I have 4 in the basement; 2 run directly, 2 plugged together. The other two will go out in the garage, and I need to buy more to fill it out. I used basic 2-prong extension cords to get from the switched outlet. In the garage, I will replace the cord with custom wiring. The light is uniform across the bars. The color feels more like 3500k, but it is not harsh or blue, to my photosensitive eyes. Flicker free so far, and instant on. They are very light, which also makes them a little fragile. So mount them where the broom handle isn't going to smack into it, and they will be fine. I used the chains, and counted 6 links on each side to the mounting hook. Holds the light tighter to stay level, because the cord weight can off balance it.

Warm White Lighting

These got mounted into my garage, 4 on a string and one by itself. I bought these because they were the only choice in a 3000 K LED garage / utility light. They provide very nice warm white lighting, just like a flourscent tube at the same color temp. I'm very pleased with the color and the diffuser / "frosting" of the LED lit tubes. Each fixture is rated at 40 watts, and these do not seem to be LED efficiency. They are bright and even in lighting, but do not seem efficient in energy usage. I think that is a result of choosing 3K instead of more efficient 4K or 5K lighting. Anyway, I like them very much and would do it again.

Nice warm white shop/basement lights

Lights arrived packaged well with no damage. All worked when tested. I bought these for the basement in our 1925 house. My wife does not like the typical overly bright white fluorescent and led lights. These are bright but a nice warm white color (much like an old incandescent bulb), Much more pleasing to the eyes. I would recommend for people who desire a warm white shop light.

Great lights and came with everything you need to hang them

Unlike the last lights I bought, these actually come with everything needed to hang them. Nice attention to detail too. For example, the chains in the kit are the same length. (No need to count links.) I chose the 3000K lights because I don't care for the obnoxiously stark white of the 5000K.

Very bright

Much brighter than the florescent it replace. I use the 3000k so light is softer. All 6 lamps work as expected , no damage in transit. Easy to install with the provided hardware.

Kinda spendy, but worth it

They are bright! Work better than fluorescent. I dropped a couple of units trying to install them. NO harm, no foul. Lights up my car port like it's daytime.

Warm yellow light!

I’ve been looking for mellow light LEDs and these are perfect. My shop is bright but not that horrible blue fluorescent color. So glad these were offered in a warm color! Also the “bulbs” are plastic, which is great because there is no risk of shattering them like old tube fluorescents.
