As a mom I love that these will keep my young kids quiet for long stretches of time without fighting. As a teacher I love the educational possibilities! These are different than many of the other sets I’ve purchased because they can connect and stand perpendicular to each other without having to use another piece across the top to hold them in place. This is great for my imaginative littles who sometimes get frustrated with this feature of the sets that don’t have the solid structure like these. (See pic) The magnets are strong and the box contains so many possibilities with all the different shapes. Great variations of colors too. I am cheap and didn’t want to spend the money on another set but after seeing these at the library and watching my kids interact with them I’m glad I did. Real quality item that they will use for years.

These magnets are amazing, I love them! We have magnatiles at the library and their magnets aren’t nearly as strong. That does mean that little fingers will sometimes get pinched (I even pinched my own once). But you can build more with these than magnatiles because they stay strong and sturdy even for tall towering buildings or long bridges. Luckily they’re very reasonably priced, too.

Got these for my 4 year old autistic son and he absolutley loves them, got them in a day with prime and as soon as we opened them we played with them for about an hour and a half building all kinds of things , they are awesome and i too had a blast building with him, definitely worth the money and the magnets are very strong this is a great product a must buy for any child.

We bought a 100-pack of Magna-Tiles two years back, and we love the whole concept of the kids building with magnetic tiles. Our children (ages 3 and 5) recently started playing with the tiles with a renewed fervor. So I decided to buy them some more. A 100-pack of Magna-Tiles costs $110-120, Picasso Tiles $49, and Fun Mags $37. I decided to 'take a risk' and buy a 100-pack of Fun Mags and a 100-pack of Picasso Tiles. I highly recommend others to seriously look into Fun Mags (and Picasso Tiles as well). The tiles from all three companies are all the exact same sizes, so they can be used together. There seems to be no difference in quality from one company to the others. And the great thing about Fun Mags is that they have additional shapes (gate, window, door, small rectangles) which simply adds more to the play possibilities. I don't write many reviews (although I'm trying to get better and give more back to the community), but I felt compelled to share with others what a great value Fun Mags are. This is a great toy for many if not most kids, and at $37, a whole lot more affordable than the other brands.

I got these Fun Mags magnetic tiles for my 2 and 3 year old. They wanted something like this for a long time, since they played with it at a friends house. I did some research about them and found that those were really well priced ( accordingly they charge for about $1 a piece) and they seem to be much better quality, (comparing to my friends set) the magnets are much stronger and can hold more structures. I was hesitant at first if I should risk with this listing because it didn’t have any reviews, but I’m glad I did! my kids loved at first site!! They sit with it for hours and hours on end... it’s really good for all ages because there are so many things to create. Really glad I got these! Definitely recommend.

I love these !! I have one set I bought almost 6 months ago and just purchased a second to expand our set. The older ones look brand new with 2 toddlers stomping & throwing them. They can pinch with the magnets but my two quickly learned how to avoid it. When they did get pinched it never left a mark or hurt them. I can not recommend these enough ! They are the perfect open ended toys that allow my kids to build castles, homes, trains, ect. On vacations I bring these and a few figurines and they were content for a week in a condo. No need to bring the toy rooms, these toys truly allow them to make every creation the kids can imagine.

In comparison to other brands of manga tiles, I love the strength of the fun mags. They are quite strong and structures actually stay in place and do not sway. My kids also love the windows and doors and the alphabet pieces. They love writing messages in their structures. The price is amazing on these. The Customer service is also amazing. As soon as they heard that my product didn’t arrive on time they refunded me and sent me a new one which I received the next day. Overall we’re really happy with the fun mags and my kids are so excited to continue building and having fun with them.

You get about 2-3 times as many tiles as from the other brands for the same price. The kids like them as much as the other brands. Comes with a relatively nice mesh bag large enough to hold all the parts. Note that 13 of the tiles have letters on them (no magnets). Durable enough to survive a couple days of boys demolition derby (smacking the car into the building). We'll know more if it lasts a year. 02/06 : Removed comment on BPA as listing was updated by seller to indicate its BPA free (and they offered me the lab report). Put back the 5th star.

When our family decided to drastically cut back on our technology use, I was on the hunt for fun toys and games for my 7 and 9 year olds. I had heard great things about the name brand magnetic tiles, but frankly I wasn't ready to drop $100 on a toy I wasn't sure my kids would play with. I am so happy I went with Fun Mags. Not only are the half the price of other magnetic tiles, the magnets are super strong and the tiles are quite durable. My kids love the letter tiles and want me to buy another set so they have the whole alphabet (there is a letter on each side of the tile). I will definitely end up buying more sets and highly recommend Fun Mags.
