Sturdy cables with good amperage capacity

First of all, I don't know why this happens on Amazon sometimes, but you'll see reviews that don't apply to the product at all, and I am seeing that on this item. So let me state that I am talking about the 3 foot USB A to Type C red braided cables (2 pack). I really like these cables. Normally I just get plain old black or grey cables, but something about these really caught my eye. I was afraid that once I actually had them, they would look cheap, or feel flimsy, but they don't on either count. They feel very sturdy, and the ends feel secure and snug. The Type-C end clicks in nicely into my phone and tablet, and the cables measure a true 36" (3 feet) of cable with an additional 3.5" at the ends for a total of 39.5". I also like to measure the current that my cables can handle because in the past, I've gotten some that just couldn't meet the demands of today's high amperage devices and chargers. These cables hold steady at 1.78 Amps @ 5.10 volts. Though I did find that at 5.17 volts the current would drop to 1.18 Amps, but I believe that to be a function of the phone's internal charging controller. In either case, I am happy with their ability to quick charge my phone. Just as a side note, and perhaps more of a question to the manufacturer, I did notice that the plastic insert on the A side is more of a purple (the photo makes it look more blue than it really is), than the normal blue we've become accustomed to seeing on USB 3 cables. I wonder if there is a new USB standard, perhaps USB 4.0? Or they just ran out of blue plastic. :) Nice cables anyway, if you get these you won't be disappointed.

Very good charging cable.

Two cables included. This cable has very high quality, aluminum connector and nylon cable. It also enables the data transmitting from USB2.0 to USB-C. Overall all a very useful product.

Durable Wires and Extremely Long

I bought this because I have a few 6 feet cables but this is 10 feet! I can basically just drag it around in my entire room and have no issues with the length of the cable. I was able to fast charge and connect to my laptop/computer without any issues and it does the job. There is like a thicker silicon material on the ends so it would help issues with over-bending and damaging the wires too! I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the product.

Best charging cord ever!

The quality of the two cords is surprisingly good! No need to worry about the cable being stretched or broken at the bending part, as the design is very good. Highly recommend!

I should have ordered these sooner

This was a great purchase, and I wish I had thought of ordering sooner! The cables came nicely packaged. They do measure 6 ft in length. The cable itself is sturdy, appears braided nylon wrapped from top to bottom. The ends have a rubber protector that provides strength and protection. I was concerned that a 6ft cable would be cumbersome and slow down charging of phone and tablets, but I was so wrong. I saw my phone charging faster. My kids love the 6ft cable because now they can charge their tablets and still play on them without having to sit on the uncomfortable floor. Also, the 6ft lets them charge their tablets and play in the car while being plugged into the port in the front of my car! I should have ordered these sooner. Will be ordering more!

Excellent quality and worth the purchase

I will start by saying that I have purchased many charging cables paying as much as $40 for a single cable. I never found a cable that was made so well, or worked as well than these cables. They are now the only cables I will use. The cables feel like a high quality rope with plenty of flex to them,. They just feel like very high quality. They work phenomenal when charging my Galaxy note, and even better than the original charging cable. The length of the cable is also perfect as it isn't to long but long enough for me to plug it in and use my phone while charging. Thank you for such a great product.

Durable

I needed a couple extra charging cords for when my husband and I travel. I like my cords to be a little longer so I can use my phone while it's charging (yeah, yeah, I know it's better for your phone not to do that). We stayed in a hotel this weekend and used these to charge our phones overnight. We have Google Pixels. Both of our phones were charged by morning. I like the design of these. It's easy to know which of the cords plugged in is your phone cord because it's bright red. The nylon cord is nice because it spools well to put away and I'm not worried about breaking it. I feel like this was a good deal for 3 cords.

Nice quality and design

Product seems to be well designed and built, perfect length and flexible, don't have to worry about breaking the wire at the bending part any more and I love the color!

Eye catching and fast charging!

The red color of this charging cord is a bright and eye catching unlike a typical black color charging cord. The cord also is a bit thicker than the standard provided samsung galaxy 8 cord. Keep mind mind this is the cord only and will not include the adaptor for a wall plug so you can only plus this into a USB device such as your car, laptop or wall adaptor. This product functions exactly as described and shows up on my phone when plugged in thats its "fast charging" with the approximate time left until fully charged. The product arrived fast and in aesthetically pleasing packaging which was easy to open.

Well made cables

I have tired a few other brands that had similar construction, but none of them matched up to these. Very solidly made with an excellent strain relief area. The metal part of the cable that plugs into the USB C port seems to be a tiny fraction of a mm longer than others, resulting in a solid connection. I use these short 1 foot cables in my cars to run Android auto. Not a single hiccup. Many other cables would intermittently disconnect, but not these.
