Great tool for those griddle cookers. Use this to scrape off the heavier stuff, a little water and wet cloth and "boom" griddle is ready for the next cook. Don't forget to oil the cook top.

Built like a tank..

WOW this thing is well built....I was very surprised when I saw this...I like the double blade set-up. You can really bare down on this...the handle is H.D. and it will scrape everything from your griddle surface. I bought this to use on a griddle top. Very happy with it.....I hope the scraper blades is stainless......does not say anything about that on the tag with the scraper..... UPDATE...YES... the blades are stainless...it says this on the Amazon listing!!!

Hefty!

This unit is a monster! Huge! But that's okay. Handle is thick, durable plastic. I got it for cleaning my griddle, and it works marvelously. Not sure if I like the splash guard, but you can remove it if you don't like it. Also, grease and residue DOES get between the blade and the heavy duty plastic handle. Not a big deal to most, but if you're a member of the local OCD club, the wing-nuts allow for quick and easy disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly. Highly recommend!

Mandatory for flat grills

Heavy duty, you can unscrew the blades off to clean it easier, you can put a lot of strength into it and it hold very well.

I bought this one because it was a lot cheaper than anything else I could find. I’ve used it three times on my new blackstone Griddle. It’s amazing. Does everything I needed it to do. Seems like it is built to last. Very happy!
