Surprisingly well built and very bright

I was slightly hesitant on purchasing an off brand Amazon strobe and I have to say I was very impressed. This light is very visible during daylight hours from near and far, which makes it very visible at night. I use the light for large cargo moves and I'm always with vehicles from DOT and police escorts. The different patterns are nice even though I only use one pattern (front then back alternating). I would compare the light to other brands used by state and county trucks. The cord is far long enough for the unit to be placed towards the rear of my quad cab and come across the roof, through a rear door, down the back of the passenger seat and forward to my 12v outlet and still have multiple feet of excess. From my picture you can see the brightness of the light at dawn with my vehicle parked alongside patrol vehicles from the Ohio Highway Patrol. Once I received the light I did notice a small air gap between the base and the clear top of the unit. I used a marine based silicone (life caulk) to create a water tight seal around this joint to prevent water from intruding. You could probably use a 3m electrical tape as this would work to. Add states use up to 45mph.....well I have traveled with the unit on top of my truck close to 4k miles now, primarily turnpike and freeway (speeds of 70-75mph) and have had no issues. Con: Magnetic base is just off size for the roof ribs on top of my truck so the unit is just off center on top of the truck.

works well

Bright enough to be seen in daylight, cord is more than sufficient length, appears to be well made. Magnets strong and held firmly to roof of vehicle. Only problem is because of ridges on roof of my vehicle, the width of the magnets interfered in attaching to roof. Had to put one magnet on top of ridge, the other in between ridges, so light was at an angle and magnets not flat on surface, but light still held securely to roof. Could also attach light lengthwise, but that would take away the advantage of having a wide rectangular light. Still would recommend this light.

Built with quality

Works good. Solid product. I like it. Actually built with quality and you can tell. But fit very tight when pushing into port connection (lighter). I’m sure this will loosen up with use, but tight right now.

Strong Magnet!

This is a nice unit. I'm using it on my Kubota tractor while blowing snow to be safer in low visibility. It is very bright and the flashing options really grab your attention. Cord is plenty long with power switch and fuse in the plug end. Good value for the price.

Bright Light

This worked great. I put it on the back of my vehicle when hauling 18 ft garage doors and no one got close to me, always makes me nervous but this light aleaved those fears, as it is so bright. Well worth the bucks$$

Arrived on time, very bright, sticks good with the magnets, cord is easy to manage, entire unit appears to be of good quality and looks sharp on my truck. Longevity to be discovered.

Work great

These are perfect for my snow plow trucks and for the price they are amazing. All the patterns are nice and the non-coiled cord works great for snaking through the interior. I will see how long they last and change accordingly if needed but still at the price you can buy 4 of them for the price of 1 from tractor supply.
