Has already saved me a few times! I am ...
Has already saved me a few times! I am notorious for losing my keys, even if they are in my purse. The beeps are loud and effective. The fobs are not too large and come with rings and mounting tape. Also came with plenty of cr2032 batteries, which these in itself are expensive.

Amazing!!!
This thing has seriously been a marriage saver. We have one attached to my keys, my husband's keys, my husband's security badge, along with remotes and things we lose often like that. We have busy lives and I put things down without thinking and forget where I put them, so before we bought this I would do this to keys and my husband's security badge. We wouldn't realize we couldn't find it until right before he had to leave. The stress of not being able to find these two items would often cause us to argue. Many days were started with arguments because his security badge would be lost. I decided to write this review after having used the key finder quite a few times, but particularly after a morning already filled with stress in which I accidentally lost his security badge. Now that we've grown used to having it around, I didn't miss a beat. I grabbed the remote and walked around the house pressing over and over and found it within 30 seconds. This thing is seriously amazing. It works, and it works well. I would reccommend this to anyone, especially those with a busy mind like mine. The only thing I would suggest to the manufacture, is to create a spot for a tab next to each color, or even on the back with the color or position reference to write what it goes to. But honestly, with how well this works, I am quite fine with creating my own code and keeping it with the remote.

Title for my autobiography: where's my phone, what's up with my keys
I used an exacto knife to cut out a portion of the hole in different parts of each half of the fob so I can use a quick release for when I go running, etc- see photo. For my phone I just used a couple of drops of Gorilla superglue and now I can support it with my middle finger, obviating the need for a phone grip! Since the battery release is on the side of the device this doesn't create a problem with changes, and turns out the extra bit of bulk on the back now acts like a mini stand. The beep is nice and loud and I love the remote feature - I used velcro to attach it to a wall so IT doesn't get lost : ) BEST THING I HAVE EVER BOUGHT FOR MY FAMILY'S SANITY

They work .
Im lovin these! Stuck em to my cell phone, keys and remote controls. The range is obstructed by walls. It beeps from a distance of around 100 feet if unobstructed and clear line of sight. Just doesnt like walls . They will beep from bags or purses in you are in the same room. You will need to walk around mashing the button . I am ok with that. I mounted the control pad with velcro to a cabinet door. It fell out of the stand too easily. I also used my own velcro. The stuff that came with it didnt hold on to my Otterbox mobile phone cover. Lucky I didnt lose the beeper when it fell off. I wish I could glue it on for a lower profile cause it sticks up a bit. If you glue it , you wont be able to change the batteries plus it will mash thebeeper flush which muffles the sound. Wish the sensor, speaker and battery cover were on the same side. Oh well. It was cheaper than fancy ones and for around the house, its a winner.

If you are a klutz, like me, you'll certainly use this.
I had a little trouble figuring out the batteries, how to open the case, which side went up, etc. When I installed the marker on one of my devices, I installed it with the colored lines facing up but this is not the best way if you want to hear them. It's best if you have the colored lines facing down with the large hole facing up. It will work either way, but the sound comes through the big who so it is best to have it unobstructed. If it is hanging from your keys, etc it does not matter. I have had the opportunity to use the device twice since I bought it and it worked well both time. I like it. I wish they have something to help you find the transmitter. I've lost it once.

Extremely useful time-saving device.
More useful than I anticipated. Have one velcro'd to my TV and sound remotes, I stuck one to a large clip, so I can always find the book I'm currently reading, and even one dangling from my naughty cat's collar (who finds the most impossible hiding spots and we get worried on whether he has disappeared outside. Well, not any more, with this device we always find his secrets hiding spots now. When my cat drinks the device gets dunk into the water bowl, we didn't think it would last long and rust or short out, but after several months it's still going. I'm quite impressed.

Works good
I have had this for about a week now and my wife used it twice works great as of right now. I had to create a card and place it on the back of the remote so I don’t have to remember what color was for what keys or what remote

Great buy.
We probably use these differently than most folks. I slip one into the pocket of each child when we're going out to busy places. When they wander off a little too far or I can't see them directly, I push the button coordinated with their color, and they know to start looking out for Mom. We took them to a busy Llama show (yep!) and the kids were able to hear their beepers over the llama hub bub when needed. Seemed to work from as far away as several hundred feet inside a large auditorium area.

A very useful helper
I switch among different handbags, so I easily forgot where I left my mobile, my keys or my wallet. With this little helper, I don't have to search everywhere for those important items. Just press a button, a beep sound will tell me where it is. It saves so much of my time and spares me a lot frustrations.

time and stress saver
I bought this item to relieve the stress to find wallet. My wallet can go to several different bags depending on the day and sometimes forgot in the car. It can rigger a lot of anxiety when I cannot find it in a hurry. This key finder make this much easier. This little gadget is easy to set up. It got key rings and adhesive to attach the receiver. Tested working as expected. Heard the beep when wallet inside my bag in another room:)
