Love it!

This heater is awesome! I put it in the hole where my other fireplace was and it looks great! Easy to install and use. The colors are so pretty and it actually does best the room. Would definitely recommend!

Makes an annoying knocking noise-but they made it right

UPDATE: I am changing my review based on events that happened after my initial review and email to the seller. I sent an email to the seller asking if the knocking noise was normal. I received an immediate response (on top of that it was Christmas Eve.). I sent some videos so they could hear the noise. I just received a notification that they are sending a new unit. The customer service is phenomenal and I appreciate that they took the time to respond and make it right. Thanks so much. The fireplace is very pretty and I like the flames and various colors available. However, after 3 days of install, there is an annoying knocking noise coming from the back of the fireplace. I mean we have literally had this installed for 3 days. I am not sure what we are going to do but I was disappointed to say the least.

A nice addition to our Entertainment Center

We bought a new 58" TV to replace our 38" and had to rebuild our entertainment center for it to fit. While drawing up plans, we decided to find an electric fireplace with heater to go beneath the tv. We looked at many fireplaces but not all are built alike. We needed one that could be recessed/flush mount, one that had the vents blowing from the front and not the top, and one that looks real - the Xbeauty 42" Electric Fireplace was perfect. And, shipment was free and very quick!!

Love the smooth sleak look!

This fireplace seems to be very well made and solid. I have not yet installed it but have plugged it in on the floor to check it out. It's pretty cool that you can control the flame speeds. Also nice that you can fully control it from the remote. It came in very well packaged and even arrived sooner than I had expected. I had a question about the installation and the seller had a very prompt response.

A fine product at good price

Really is much more realistic than expected! Flames look random to a point, a little rectangular (mirror shapes) but-hey, it's about as close as they get. Love the many, many color combos. But it’s weird that the crystal colors change when turning the heater on or to another setting. That’s an electronics problem. Hopefully that doesn’t mean the chips have a finite life! Item’s dimensions are described spot-on, so installing into the wall was no problem. I don’t like the illuminated control buttons on the front glass, so just put some black electrical tape over. And the program change “beep” is super loud, so I disconnected the piezo. You can see the changes, why have a beeper? Update: heater is whimpy and is getting noisier. Don’t expect it to be the sole heater in a room, especially if bigger than 10x10ft.

Absolutely love it. Far better than the description. It incredible, features are beautiful. East to install. Priced $200 to $300 less than similar models locally.

Very nice Electric Fireplace

The fireplace is well made and of very good quality at an exceptional price. I had a question for their customer service and they were very responsive too. I highly recommend the Beauty50 Electric Fireplace.

options are nice

very nice to have floor, hanging and in-wall option. We are in the process of finishing the wall we are building to hold the unit but until the sheetrock guys get done we are able to use it with the provided feet. looks great, a bit louder than a whisper but heats our 400 sq foot area nicely- debated on buying another to put on the other side of the wall but didn't have enough room with the tv placed above. looks great

Quality Fireplace

This fireplace is made with good quality. Love the features of changes the lights, the lights of the crystals can be one color, and the flames can be another color. Like the heater function, and the timer functions. It is able to be mounted on a wall, or recessed. The remote is very simple to use, and understand.
