Very light weight

Bought it for my dad as a gift. Very light weight and easy to use. It’s so light, my 3 year old can carry it. He hasn’t found anything yet but is planning on using it more this summer.

Was hesitant at first to order.. but glad I did!

Very light weight..Seems sturdy though. New to detecting and this detector seems like very good choice to get started and beyond. Have only gotten to try it in the yard. Tossed out a few coins and had no problem finding them..Pin Point Mode worked well too. Also, besides finding the coins I tossed out kept getting other hits in the yards..didn’t have any digging tools with me.. but it had quite a few hits at the 6 to 8 inch depth. Only slightly disappointed that the was no case or digger included as with their other model.. But very happy with my purchase so far..especially for the price! Review Update: An updated about Dr. Otek customer service.. I have been in contact with their customer service a few times since my purchase.. not for any issues, just product knowledge/general operational questions. They have been awesome! Prompt replies ( with in 24hrs) an great product knowledge. They have responded and answered all questions. They have also provided some additional instructional video for questions I have had. I have also ordered a second detector for my son to have his own. He’s six and this detector is very light weight and easy for him to operate. But it’s full featured for adult use. Seems to be a great value for the price.

Bought this machine instead of a BH and have not been disappointed yet! Easy to use right out of the box. Can't get a better metal detector for the price!

Learning How to Start Metal Detecting.

OMG!! Love this. I can say i had such a Good Time Getting out for a few hours and went to Captiva Island and scanned the area. I didnt find much. but it gave me learning expierence how to start Metal Detecting. I wont get rich finding 45cents and A single Flip Flop. But I am going again tomorrow Elsewhere.
