Love it!!

So far I love it! Spacious!! I can put a whole packet of sausages links and four eggs. To clean it I been wiping it with a wet towel when is warm, works perfect for me.

Nice griddle perfect for pancakes

Nice size griddle perfect for when we make pancakes. The copper coating is non stick and our pancakes flip with no issue. We have a few griddles over the years and one issue we always had was uneven heating. The plug size would always be hotter then the far side. This griddle has nice even heat across the entire surface which is exactly what we wanted. Clean up is a breeze and it's a lot quicker then trying to cook 4 pancakes at a time in pan!

My Favorite Cooking Gizmo At the Moment.

Love this express cooking machine, as i like to call it. This electric griddle is very nice if you are trying to cut back on calories. I use this to cook thin slices of chicken breast, fish fillets, and steaks. Comes out ready to use straight out of the box. You just have to plug in the temp controller. It takes 10 minutes to make a delicious, healthy grilled chicken, give or take. It’s guilt-free because essentially, you are using way less oil with your food. Here is what ‘ve learned so far: 1. Use a non-stick-spray on this. Make sure to apply it when the surface is not heated yet. The non-stick spray works better than the vegetable oil. Especially during cleanups. 2. It can handle thick slices of meat, but if you can, keep it no thicker than 1/2” thick. 3. Next time you are getting groceries, get a BUNCH of LEMONS. Lemons are pretty much your bestfriends when it comes to marinating fish and chicken. And once you get this griddle, you are going to want to griddle everyday, 4. Read my instuctions on how to clean this. Josh’s Instruction on how to clean the griddle: 1. Get a soft-brittle brush 2. Take out the fat dump container 3. Make sure the griddle is still kind of hot 4. If it’s not hot, heat it up a little bit. 5. Set it over your sink. Not IN the sink, OVER your sink 6. Pour cold water on the griddle, you’ll make some smoke due to reaction with the hot griddle 7. Using the soft brush, brush all the buildup GENTLY towards the dump hole, and you’ll conveniently get rid of the fat-grease gunk and food leftovers. 8. Wipe using kitchen paper towel. 9. Easy To use, easy to clean

We decided to buy an electric griddle after our neighbor let us borrow theirs one night. This one is extremely easy to use and clean. The non-stick coating is great and allows all the grease to easily slide in to the collection tray, which also removes easy for disposal. Whether you're trying to cook grilled cheese, eggs, sausages, or anything else you can be sure that this griddle will work well for it.
