Fantastic charging case

I've been using this charging case every day for over a week now. It is easy to use, charges quickly, and protects my phone very well. It is also not bulky like some other cases I have had in the past. I have noticed a significant difference in the life of my phone battery and how I don't nearly need to charge as much as I used to have to. I can get a full charge plus about 40% more when the case is charged and I can usually go 2 1/2 days without charging. It really puts your mind at ease when you are going to be away from wall outlets or a car charger for awhile. I can use the phone while it charges and the case does not interfere with calls. Indicator lights on the back let you know what's left, on/off button is convenient for just using a little bit of charge and it automatically stops charging when your phone is full thus saving the power for later. Pretty perfect and at a fantastic price. Was unable to take pictures of the charging case on my phone but I hope the pics help you visualize the case and how it fits your phone.

Truly a lifesaver!!

As an avid iPhone user the number one wish we all wish for is more battery power, or a longer lasting battery in our iPhones. I am a business traveler and as a traveler I love to only pack the essentials. I really don't like to carry a bunch of extra stuff and that includes chargers, power bricks, or portable chargers. So a couple of weeks ago I was scheduled for a business trip in which I took last week. I knew I had to get a phone case that had an extra battery with it. I looked for the name brands and got many mixed reviews until I came across this particular portable protective charging case by Hostech. I had a couple of questions like "Will it be bulky" or "How long does a full charge last" I was a little hesitant because of the little reviews it had, and that it was not a popular brand. I decided to give it a shot and boy was I very surprised with the outcome. I noticed when I fully charge my iPhone with normal use of lite emails, lite surfing the web, little music playing I can almost get a full day use. When I am in and out of meetings like this last trip I was on I was always struggling to find a plug to quick charge my phone. Well not this business trip with this portable iPhone charger case I noticed I could go at least one full day and almost half of the next day on a single full charge of this iPhone battery case. This battery case helped me a lot and let me do the things I needed to do with my iPhone. I loved the price, I loved how not bulky the case was. Most battery cases are bulky and huge this one is is semi slim. Very convenient to use and work awesome

I decided to shop for a battery charging case for my iPhone 6s because it is cheaper than a new phone. I have had issues with my battery life and having to charge multiple times a day. This case fit the bill and was very well priced. I am so glad I went with it. It is so convenient to use. You plug it in just like you do the regular phone, and it charges both the case and the phone at once. It does not add much bulk to the phone (you can see in comparison photos I posted). It is heavier than the life proof case I was using but I expected that. It has a matte finish that isn’t really rubbery but does help keep it from sliding around and grip. I wish it was available in other colors, and if they do come out with this case in more feminine colors, I would buy without hesitation. I had a slight issue with my first case, but an easy email later I had a new one sent to me. Their customer service was great. Defects can happen, but it how a company deals with it that matters to me. A very happy customer here!

Does it's job very well

I really enjoyed this project for many reasons. The first reason is that the case itself feels very good. It has a nice weight to it, the case also has a very smooth finish and fits the phone very well. The top part that slides off has a magnet inside of it so it easily clips back inside once the phone is in the case. The battery life Is also exceptionally well, sending my battery from near empty to a full charge with some power to spare. I put a new battery in my phone to increase how much power my phone holds and with this case, one night's charge gets me full the day with constant phone use with this case. The case itself also allows one cord to charge both the phone and the case at the same time, the phone having priority it seems and then once it reaches 100% the case begins to charge which is very nice since I don't need to take the phone apart from the case and use two cords. The only issue I have is that sometimes when I take my phone out of my pocket the top part of the case stays in my pocket stays in as my phone and the bottom half of the case slide out. This is however just one con to the many pros of this case and I just change the grip on how I pull my phone out of my pocket to fix this issue. Good case, good charge, easy to use, very worth it purchase.

The best case !

To begin with. I was really skeptical on this battery charging case I thought to myself what can be so different from other charging cases? To my surprise!! When the package arrived I immediately opened and began using the case. I noticed that this case was not as restrictive as other cases. For example the charging port is right where you’d expect it to be. Since my time of first use I have gotten used to not charging my iPhone 7 as often as I did without the case. It is great for various applications. I am a mechanic and mobile detailer and often when I’m working on cars I listen to music. This charging case has allowed me to extend my charging by cable intervals to only one time a day and that is mostly at night when I end up plugging my phone. That is amazing what this case can do. I love the fact that I can go anywhere and not worry about carrying a charging cable or extra power bank because this is enough to charge your phone for the whole day. I would really recommend this if you have an iPhone that the battery does not last as long and you do not want to buy a new phone just yet. Very great product.

Very handy to have in case of charging emergency

This case is great to have on hand. I’m not sure I would always keep it on because it does add a bit of bulk and weight to the phone. But if you’re out and your phone is getting low on a charge this is perfect to keep in your purse. The case itself charges quickly and it has the lights on the back to tell you the battery status. It goes on your phone very easily and smoothly. And it charges just as fast as it being plugged in. It took about an hour to fully charge my iPhone 8, and that’s with occasional use. It would charge faster if I didn’t use the phone while charging. Easy to turn on and off. It does not automatically start charging though you have to press the button. It charged my phone 3 times without needing to be plugged back in. Overall I recommend this case.

Simple looks, but simply life changing

At a conference a couple of weeks ago, I was sitting next to a person who had a battery case. I was holding on to my phone and battery pack combo, and wondering why I was fumbling with two devices. So I decided to get a battery case instead. The case I chose is this one, which fits my preferences of a simple, black case—much like my old Otterbox case. There is a pronounced hump at the back, which is where the battery is housed. It also weighs more because of the battery, but after a couple of hours, the weight difference was not a negative. The convenience of such a device is staggering. No longer do I have to haul around a separate box and a cable and must try and remember to keep both charged. The battery case charges when you plug it in, so if you need to, you can charge it every night. Depending on how much you use the phone, that could be every day or a couple of times a week. This battery case turns on when you hold the button on the back for three seconds. There are four lights on the back that show you how much power is left in the battery pack. I used it for the first time this past Saturday during Pokemon Go Lotad event day, which was a high usage day for me. It was freeing to be able to play for the duration of the event and not have to worry about my battery possibly running out on my iPhone 8. It is a breeze to put the case on, as it comes apart into two pieces and the phone simply slides in. If you want to switch cases or need to clean your phone, it can’t get any easier. Outside of the aforementioned hump on the back, the surface is smooth so if you need to install a Popsocket or some sort of grip, there is plenty of real estate for that. I am quite pleased with my purchase and look forward to using this case until I upgrade my phone in a year or so.
