Easy Cleaning!

I just recieved this fountain and I am beyond pleased. The fountain included cleaning brushes; which is sooo nice to get in all the nooks and crannies to ensure safe water for my fur baby. Thank you so so much!! It is the little things such as the brushes and warranty that I so greatly appreciate.

So far So Good!

No major nooks and crannies that are difficult to clean like in other water fountains I have purchased in the past. This is simple and easy to put together and SUPER QUIET! The water level indicator on the side clearly displays when it's time to refill. My only concern is where are the replacement filters for these?? I have been unable to find any. I saw the note that they will be on Amazon "soon" but I will need them in a few weeks. Aside from that, highly recommend.

Doesn't make a sound, and has a pleasant internal light, cats like it

I've had cats for 35 years, but never bought a fountain until now. I read a LOT of reviews on a LOT of different ones, and like a lot of people I know, I tend to go straight to bad reviews. It seemed like all the available fountains had complaints of very premature pump motor death. I came to the conclusion that at some point, I just had to take and plunge and try one. Eventually, I picked this one because the capacity seemed about right (not small enough to have to fill constantly, but also not big enough for the water to get too contaminated), and it had a water level sight window and internal light. I've only had mine for a week at this point, but so far so good. I had concerns about my two cats potentially splashing the water out on the (tile) floor, but so far that hasn't been an issue. The main reason I bought a fountain was hoping to increase my cat's water intake. I'd read that some cats won't go near a fountain, but my cats both took to it immediately. They do seem to be drinking more frequently and their litter box would seem to confirm this. While I don't care for having to clean their litter boxes more often, I'm more than happy to do it if they are consuming more water, simply for the health benefit. This unit is completely silent, and when I say silent, I mean it literally has NO sound at all. No pump noise, no water noise, no nothing. If I couldn't clearly see the water flowing, I'd think it wasn't working at all. The blue internal light and water level viewing window are both very desirable features. I used to keep a lamp with a 15 watt light bulb on at all times in their bathroom, but the light in this unit provides ample light. So far I'm pleased with the unit. It was easy to assemble, and seems easy enough to clean. I would be a little apprehensive about putting a fountain like this on anything but concrete or tile, as the cats do like to wet their paws with the water a sit at it and bathe themselves. However, the water that makes it to my tile bathroom floor is minimal. I'm just glad they haven't (yet) taken to splashing water out of it for fun. As I mentioned, my biggest worry with any of the fountains like this one is the pump motor dying quickly. I'll update this review as time goes on. So far I'm very satisfied, and just as importantly, my cats are satisfied, and we all recommend this unit.

Best one I ever had!

I have 3 cats, I bought 2 of these. One is for my cat, one is for my cousins cats I'm watching. 3 cats, do not like water I give them. Water bowl could be clean, full, dump out old water and place in new water, hot or cold water, they will not drink it unless they have too. They rather drink from the kitchen sink or bathtub. I got this, to stop that. I LOVE this. The most simplest way to put together, to clean and I don't have to fidget with those square bricks filters like others may have. My cousins cats, they were very confused what it was. (1 and 4 year old) Both did not like the flower pedal. One doesn't like the flower bubble. But both like the gentle fountain. It's silent, so my roommate doesn't have to complain about the sound of water makes her wanna pee. The cats isn't causing trouble as normal. My cat, (15 year old) I got it set up, I put water in. It made a noise, my scaredy cat ran away, came back to investigate, he sniff the water, got his nose wet, and started drinking water. My other roommate called me a genius on getting this. Will update if anything new.

Compact, good amount of water and stays clean!

I love this water machine! My four cats and one small dog took to it immediately! It’s compact and stores plenty of water. It keeps the water clean and accessible as well, which is great for dogs. It’s super easy to clean and maintain! The water pours out well from the top and it sounds nice to me as it’s relaxing. There’s a nice blue light too. I’m really happy and recommend this product!

Quiet operation and easy to set up. My cat loves it! Great fountain

I have a 1-year old male cat who is very picky. This is the second fountain I bought for him. It’s very easy to install, especially after I watched the video from the product page. This fountain is incredibly quiet and only makes a slight trickling sound from the falling water. The most important thing is my fur baby took immediately to this fountain after I turn it on. It’s fantastic. The light is a nice touch. Overall, it is exactly what I needed and working perfectly.

No Regrets!

I was a little hesitant to purchase this product; I read about how fountains are better for animals to drink out of as opposed to stagnant water in a bowl, but wasn't sure how my cat would take on to it. Though at first he treated it like a toy, he soon adapted to the fountain and now drinks out of it daily! I am not one who is good at assembling things, but even for me this was a breeze. The noise level is virtually silent and the clean up is easy as well. I WILL warn that when you buy the replacement filters, make sure to get the ones for the STAINLESS STEEL TOP. I did not and accidentally ordered the wrong size for this fountain. Overall, I am extremely pleased with this product and recommend!

What's Most Important to Know? It is AWESOME!

Two of my cats love to drink out of the faucet in my bathroom...and I've had a small water fountain before, but found this one and thought it would be better for my now 4 cats...It was so easy to put together, love the blue light and where I can see how much water is in it...it works perfectly, is very quiet...can't even hear it...and the minute I put it down for my kiddos, they all went right to it. I thought there would be some splashing of water on the floor, but no, no worries there...I am using filtered water to start with and will add accordingly...one thing about the small one I had, it had mineral deposits on it, that I really couldn't get off. This one is supposed to be easier to take care of, and remove the deposits, but I thought if I used filtered water from the get go, I could most likely get by using one filter a month...will see about that...but the stainless steel feature is a real PLUS too...

Great fountain!

I like this fountain a lot. The covered top helps keep the water cleaner than other fountains I've owned in the past, the water level is easy to read when the LED light is on, it's quiet, and it's easy to clean.
