Easy to install

Love this gate. We use it between hallway and kitchen area. It was easy to install, and the lock is nice and secure. Gate can be opened both ways and once you get used to the locking mechanism, it's very easy to open and lock. You can leave it all the way open if desired, or leave it semi-closed without latching it if you'll be going back and forth a few times. It is not an auto shut gate, you do have to manually lock it. We installed this sitting on top of the transition piece separating hall and kitchen area and gate has no issues swinging either way. We have a large dog,(husky-lab mix) and she is not able to jump it. Using the rubber sides, there was no damage to the wall and it fits very securely, we only needed one extension. It's very easy to adjust the tension to get a tight fit between the two walls. The walk thru gate itself is nice and wide which is good because this is a high traffic area of our home.. This gate is perfect for what we needed it for, haven't found any down side as of yet.

Sturdy Gate, Would Recommend

I'm very impressed with this product. I was looking for a gate to contain my dog in the bedroom while I'm not home. She is a large 65 pound dog who has knocked over other baby gates in the past. I needed a gate that was sturdy enough to stand up to her kicking it and leaning on it. After seeing this gate installed, I'm not concerned at all that she will knock it over or be able to climb over it. It is plenty tall and has not budged since I installed it a few weeks ago. This gate is very attractive compared to over gates I've had in the past that were plastic. The door of the gate is easy to open and swings freely in both directions. The movement of the door doesn't cause the gate to fall down, which is a problem I've had with another gate. The door to the room is also able to open and close freely with this gate installed. Installation was super easy, and I was able to do it by myself in just a few minutes. The adjustable feet were able to accommodate the fact that the bottom of the doorway is more narrow than the top (thicker trim). There are extra pieces for a larger doorway, but I didn't need them. Overall, super happy with this product. I would recommend it to anyone.

Durable, Style, Handy

If you have pets or children this is the fence for you. The gate is easy to assemble. To install the fence place the fence where needed and rotate the caps to tighten it into place. The wall thru gate has an auto close just in case we forget to close the fence. The gate fits an opening from 29.5-43.5 which is a nice size. A sturdy fence that stays in place even when my pit bull Lyanna jumps up on it. The self-closing gate is nice to have on a fence. The fence is sturdy and secures nicely to a door way. The fence has two extension panels to accommodate the size you need.

The approval is the maximum

This product is just perfect! I have two girls one 10 months old who almost runs and follows me everywhere and one of three, precisely because of the need to leave her in a safe environment when I had to do something far from her. I decided to buy this device! It is the maximum! I tell them that not even my three-year-old daughter who is going to turn four has managed to open it! At the beginning we opened it secretly so that she would not understand the combination after opening a thousand times each time she needed it, I decided to teach her and still not manage to open it! Impeccable security! Light! and Perfect! And the best can be removed and change places in seconds !! I absolutely recommend this product to all parents who have children like mine who follow me everywhere even to the kitchen that can sometimes be a dangerous place for them! To them it is difficult to adapt to the beginning mine cried because they felt that they lost the control that I gained, but now after a few days they are calm and I go in and go out and see perfectly from one side to the other. The product came in full but that detail did not worry me because both Amazon and the Seller assured me that any problem or defect or situation would change it immediately! But so far Perfect! I give it 10 Stars !!! 👍🏾😁

SAFETY IS MY BIGGEST CONCERN

I bought this to keep my, almost crawling granddaughter, safe from stairs. This gate was easy to install and is very well made. All gates like this have a bar across the bottom, and to me it is a slight tripping hazard especially at the top of the stairs, but you have to be aware of that. Other than that it installs quickly, if you screw the cups to the wall and then install it, it is extremely strong! So I am confident my little granddaughter will be safe around stairs. This gate also stays open if you swing it all the way open, yet if you do not open it 90 degrees or just touch it when opened that far, it then will close by itself.

Great quality easy to install

We have two Regalo brand step through baby gates but needed a metal gate . Despite little only one reviews but two years warranty is longer than seller ,I decided to buy it. I'm really glad I did because this gate is a huge improvement. Pros: The opening is much wider than our other gates which makes carrying a laundry basket through it much easier. The gate stays open if pushed all the way open. The gate swings closed and latches with a gentle touch. The gate can be opened with one hand but its not simple enough that my 5 year child could figure it out and open the gate to his bro. Cons: Slightly harder to install than Regalo gates. They include a little tool to turn the adjustment knobs rather than using your hand.

Super easy install

Purchased this for my son's house since he has a baby and a dog that love to create mischief together. Since they are in a rental, we decided to get one that would not hurt the doorframe but could be hard-installed later. This gate came with 2 extender panels so it can be moved from their bedroom door to the hall really easily. The gate swings softly and easily and we were thrilled to see it can stay open and not continually shut behind us or the angle can be changed when you install it (change the pressure points) to have it self close. As you can see by my pics, it expands to fit into the doorframe nicely and doesn't leave any marks. Very happy with the sturdy quality and how easy this is to install and move.

Nice gate

We use this as a gate for my daughters room. It was very easy to install and adjust the width to make it fit. It hasn’t slid around on the wall or moved at all since we set it up. I like that I can open it all the way so it stays open or just open it part of the way so that it automatically closes.
