I just received my new fireplace yesterday, plugged it up and it's beautiful. I love the mirror reflection on the front of the fireplace when it's not lit and the other features such as color change, remote, and adjusted levels of heat. Great product!

Pretty darn awesome

Really nice unit. Only one that I could find to fit my 30 year old fireplace opening. Quiet, several color choice combos. Doesn't heat my cathedral ceiling "room" overall, but if you sit near it l, it can take the chill out of the environment. Better suited to "heat" with a regular 8' ceiling area. LOVE IT! Remote is finicky, it needs pointed at proper angle toward unit.

Functional and beautiful!

We installed this piece into our existing gas fireplace (which did not work). Our opening measures 36×28 and this fits great with just enough room on all sides to easily pull it out to clean, allow air vent, and not look tacky. I'm thrilled with how quiet it runs; I cannot hear it when I have the TV on. Also, I really like the safety features! There is a time, auto shut off, and a main power switch that must be on before any functions work. I really can't say enough about this product. It fit all of our needs and surpassed all of our expectations.

Great fireplace! I had to call customer service about an issue, and the matter was quickly resolved to my satisfaction, and the fireplace works great! I turn it on every evening for the ambiance, and I find myself mesmerized by it at times. Sharon was absolutely wonderful, and it's great to know I'm backed by excellent customer service. I can't stress this enough. A great experience overall!

Nice insert, very good quality.

It is exactly as it is described. Self contained, very clean modern look. Lots of options for flame and LED lighting and color. . In a large open room the 2-speed heater is helpful but obviously not going to replace an actual fire. It's pretty good though and makes a difference even in our large living room. As far as I can find every single electric fireplace has exactly the same heater specifications. Mine came with a very slight crack right in the middle of the fake logs that allows a thin line of LED back-lighting to shine through. This was probably a shipping issue as it comes in a LARGE box, NOT a quality issue and not worth the trouble of an exchange. Still looks good though and is not noticeable to anyone, nothing to cause any real aesthetic or functional issue.

All I can say is WOW! It's a beautiful fireplace insert. You just pull it right out if the box and insert. I did have to paint bricks to sit the insert on top of them to accommodate for the height. I wanted it to fill up the whole space. Worth every penny!

new fireplace

It was so simple to enjoy. Just open the box and set inside the opening area of the fireplace and instantly it worked as soon as we plugged it in. My husband enjoys the 5 different colors of the flame of the fire. It is relaxing to watch... it is like the television stations that play the logs burning over the holidays. Now we can enjoy watching the fireplace nightly.

Gorgeous Fireplace Insert

This is a beautiful electric fireplace insert. We quit using our wood burning fireplace about 5 years ago and decided an electric insert was the answer. This insert fit the opening with only an adjustment at the bottom, and was up and running in less than an hour. It has lovely "flame and log" color options and the heater I'd quite efficient. Our family room is now warm and cozy rather than cool and drafty.
