New to Punch Needle(ing?)

I've been watching lots of videos and trying to figure out the tools and techniques of punch needle. This seems like a quality product to me. It is easy to use. However, for the newbies out there; this product is for yarn, NOT for embroidery floss. The needle on this product is too large for embroidery floss. Also, you will need a loose woven fabric vs. a standard cotton fabric which is too tight of a weave. The description was a bit vague and I wasn't quite sure what I was getting. Hope this helps

Loved it!! I just started with punch needle, and this is super easy to use. I did my first project using rustic cotton and it turned out great!
