Superdeal honored 1 year warrabty, Excellent little machine!
My original machine stopped working after 2+ months, and I contacted them. They sent another washer saying they honored a one year warranty. Very responsive to emails. Excellent washer so far..lets see how durable but so far, very happy with customer service and machine. Very easy to work..fill up with bucket of water(easier than attaching to sink). Watch the side tube that it does not fall down and spill water on the floor. Put a little detergent in and it agitates beautifully..and in 6 minutes or so the wash is done. Fairly quiet..no louder than my dish washer.
