Small, Lightweight, Works Fine
I really like this little sewing machine. It's small enough to store easily and is lightweight enough to not be a problem in lifting it onto a table. It's still quite new so, while I can't attest to its durability, it appears to be able to last a long time. If you want to do mending, this is a great little machine. You can sew clothing from patterns, too. The thing you shouldn't attempt is sewing very thick fabrics, such as corduroys and very thick seams for jeans. I found it very difficult to smoothly glide, and broke a needle. One small note: I like my machine but, it appeared to have been used or, not packaged quite as professionally as one would expect from opening a brand new item. Would that prevent me from buying it? No, because it works quite well.

Portable design, giftable, suitable for beginners
For a beginner, this is a good sewing machine for the cost. The directions are a bit complicated, if you’ve had no previous experiences threading a machine, placing a bobbin, or using a foot pedal. I like that this sewing machine is not a toy; it’s an actual working sewing machine, just in a lightweight, compact size. It does a lot of what the big ones do, but not a zigzag stitch. This mini sewing machine is portable, giftable, and comes with a storage bag and everything needed to start sewing. I’ve only had good experiences with this product and give it 5 stars.

What a great little machine! My daughter was so thrilled with it she immediately cleared part of her room to be her sewing nook. She hasn't made anything yet but is pleased with it.
