I never ever write reviews but I feel I need to share this. I have tried many of this type of pills before. Some has worked some have not. But the main point I want to get at is this. I see reviews about positive and negative effects and side effect but what i don't understand how people don't understand that the key for this is in the dosage. This Is what I do to know my dosage for every supplement and medication I try for first time. I open the pill and put a small amount of the power in my mouth and wait for few hours. If nothing happens I do the same till I find the right dosage that gives me the effect wanted. And in this case only one quater to one third of the pill will give me that effect with no side effects at all. And the best part. I feel the effects for 3 to 4 days. So guys don't pop a whole pill just because that is what they tell you as recommended dosage. Doing that with any supplements and medications can be dangerous.
