Simple install, looks great. No complaints

Have to say, I love how this looks. I've got an 08 F150 Fx2. This was a fairly straight forward installation. I had installed new headlights a few weeks back where the installation required some wire splicing for the LED halos. So I already knew which wires to splice into to get the Amber LED's working in this grill. I'll update the review in a few months if anything changes. I'm thinking about buying some sequencial led turn signal stripes to install in the horizontal space at the bottom of the grill, similar to the ones that come with this style grill for the 2015 and up F150's.

This grill is awesome turned out sweet on my truck very sturdy puts together a very nice not very hard to wire if you know what you’re doing I just plugged it in to a wiring harness and wired it turned out awesome love this grill

adds a more aggresive look to my F150

The grill was easy to install and it enhances the looks on my 2006 F150. I think the raptor grill design is a great choice for this model without having to make major modifications to the truck. The fact that there was no raptor F150 while this year model was out sort of works on its favor, specially since it does not necessarily have to copy any specific model.

Perfect fit

Perfect fit, recommend this product. Just wish the wiring harness was longer. But other than that perfeft. A+++

Great fit. Awesome looks

Easy to install and the fit is really good. The only thing is that in comparison with the OEM grill it is missing a hole in the mounting bracket where a rubber bump mounts to, but I didn’t see any problem with not having the bump mounted. Installation was not complicated, the only thing that took time was to connect the LEDs to the parking lights (splicing the parking light wires and routing grill the wire through the hood)

Much needed Refresh to aging F150

So i've had my truck for a long time...and have upgrade my grill few times in the past (billet style). My aging F150 was in need of a refresh and something that looked simply Awesome. Luckily I came across this Raptor Style Grill. I knew i wanted it first time i saw it online. After much review, decided to purchase via Amazon. The Grill came with the mounting brackets and the bolts/nuts. I did notice the mountain bracket bolts were missing ( so i ended up using the stock ones). The installation instructions are self like many have indicated. However, it should be self explanatory. Tip1: I zip tied the LED harness and wires along the top end of the groove and brought it down toward the back side, so that all the wires were cleanly hidden. This was done prior to installing the mounts and grill. Tip2: The wire connector to the side marker was too short (as many indicated as well). I added additional wires for the positive (red) and negative (black) wires and connected to the side marker on the passenger side using T-Tap connectors. This allows me to fully open the hood without any cable/wires showing and looks stock. Love the grill! Next up... probably new set of head lights with LED DRL.

Worth the money...it changes the look of your truck

Watch Youtube to learn the install. The instructions are garbage...but ovwrall its easy to install. Then you just have to splice into some lights for the running lights. You get both the blanks and the "FORD" pieces...so thats good. Its worth the upgrade as this simple change, will alter the look of the truck, giving it a more agressive look. Likes: easy to install, sturdy, good value for what you pay Dislikes: running lights extention, mininalistic instructions.

This grill installed easily, and made my 2005 f-150 look mean. Love it..
